I have purchased around 90% of my studio from these guys, I can't praise them enough. All the staff are knowlegeable, and if they don't know something they find another member of staff who does, or will even phone the maufacturer up and ask them. This is probably the best retail experience I have ever had. Seriously. I put the first part of my order through on the site bacause I thought it would be quicker. When I rang the store to order some out of stock items I got a deal on every one. They check the current prices of the item and undercut the web price if they find someone selling it cheaper. I have bought a number of things form Production Room over the last year. Almost every choice has been in part based on the advice of the PR staff. In particularly Andy, not only helpful but patient in his advice and support and has spent quality time advising and demonstrating gear. I have ordered an Apogee Jam and was not advised it was out of stock. It was after one week I contacted you to find where my purchase was. I was advised about 3 weeks. I asked whether you had taken payment and you had. This is not acceptable, if your prduct is not in stock do not take payment until it is and advise your customers. Without a doubt, the best customer service I have ever encountered! Placed in a difficult situation, while trying to negotiate the best deal I could get from many different companies,with many replying days later, I e-mailed Production Room, and managed to negotiate and pay for the whole order, in a day. Spoke to multiple people who had no idea that my order existed. Eventually got round to telling me the item would be in stock 'tomorrow' about 4 times and finally got the product two weeks late. Why would you advertise a product as 'in stock' when it isn't? Rang up about several times and finally got the product. (read more)

We were unaware of this problem until now but are aware that the 2nd Quality Novation Launchpads were very sought after and didn't last long in store. Our stock position online is updated daily and this very rarely causes problems with customer orders. We are aware that bulk deals come and go very quickly and if a problem occurs this tends to be the point.

Great store and really helpfull staff. I phoned first and then visited the store and finally bought from their website. The communication regarding my purchase and delivery was always excellant. They followed up my purchase after I'd recieved the drum kit just to check everything was ok. This was gereat as after talking to them I realised I'd set it up slightly wrong and with their help I resolved the problem. I really can't recomend Production Room highly enough. (read more)

Site was pretty cool and easy to use. I picked the phone up to check a few points regarding cabling to my system, the Production Room staff were excellent and were a huge help. Gear arrived on time and was well packaged. Since this I have visited the store which is a real one off, loads of gear and all switched on and ready to play. Great fun (read more)
