Once I did have that and get a prescription they queried my order because the brand name was not on the prescription. In order to comply with current regulations, prescriptions have to include a number of contact lens parameters including the contact lens brand.
It is always possible that the patient’s contact lens type (which may include the brand) may be changed at the check up and we can’t assume it is the same.
We value your order and we hope this will not put you off ordering with us in future.
