Bought goods which never arrived and like many others, after numerous calls and emails, no answer, no refund. The people that set-up the company are Shaina Rawal (Shaina Shipton) and Priyesh Rawal -both can be found on Facebook. By the looks of it, they recently got married, claimed bankruptcy and are making a guilt-free fresh new start. This is terrible behaviour. (read more)

“Order of Mulberry Juice”

I was very satisfied on each occasion that I have ordered Mulberry Juice. The product is delicious and delivery was within the specified time. My only issue is that while the price is slightly less than the going market price (i.e. 1-2 pence less)it is difficult to keep up regular orders at approximately £5.00 per bottle. I ordered goods on 4/12/12 to the value of £40. I received an email the following day advising that I must pay an additional £7 due to the weight of the parcel. Interestingly, I placed exactly the same order about 6 months ago and didn't have to pay an additional £7 on that occasion. I sent the company an email advising that I paid the extra charge to cover postage on 11/12/12. Since then I have had no response to several emails. Yes I too ordered from this company in November and after placing my order I recieved an email saying the order was 2 big n that I needed to pay an extra £5 to cover the cost of the delivery. If this has affected you in a pharmacy related way you can complain to the GPHC (General Pharmacy Council) as they are trading as a pharmacy and are bound by some rules. Being dishonest is something that can be investigated or if something is related to pharmacy and they have caused the problem so its worth going onto the gphc (type it on a search) and then contacting them.
Hope you managed to find an alternative source

I have the same experience as most of you. Placed and paid for my order on 22 November 2012. Waited a week for the status to change from being picked before I emailed them. I did get a response that the item was out of stock but would email me when it was dispatched. I did receive that dispatch email a couple of weeks ago but the item was never received. Today I noticed that websites are down and One Click Ventures Ltd company registered office was changed 2 days ago to [what was] their accountant's office.
I spoke to the accountants today for the current status. The directors have advised the accountants to tell customers that the company has "ceased trading and should contact their credit card companies for refunds". Apparently, the company ceased trading on 7th Dec

I usually check reviews of a site before I buy online but unfortunately this one time I didn't and ordered from One Click Pharmacy. Item was listed as in stock and delivery as 1-4 days. However 2 weeks later I still hadn't received it & so I googled reviews and at that time Trust Pilot had just one star! One Click took my money the day I placed the order and it should have arrived by their £7 'special expedited delivery' next day before 1:00. 11 days later the tracking number they gave me is still not showing on the Royal Mail website. I have sent about 20 e-mails, 1 Fax, - and 2 letters to their Head of Customer Services and their MD and have held on to their obviously stuck on a loop recorded 'we are sorry to keep you waiting' on several occasions for up to 35 minutes.
I just want them to resend my order or give me a refund.
I have never experienced such shocking Customer Service.
Not one single reply from their company in 8 days of trying to get a response.
