Having experienced the speed with which these cars are sold on previous occasions I did not hesitate to come down immediately to view the car and put in an off before the next viewing was scheduled. Really not impressed with Sascron (Thatcham, RG19 8BJ) in and their approach to their customers. I tend to be very cautious when dealing with companies that claim to be multimillion pound operations these days who are not registered with companies house as I believe they tend to have something to hide in my opinion. However, when a company allegedly claims to turn over 100 cars a month then I want to know that I am dealing with a bonafide company that is open, honest and respectable... (read more)

So, Airtranman... by your virtues and values, being a nutter means someone who complains about poorly ran companies who have no clue about their operating environment or what they are obliged to do in the care of their customers according to the law which, in all fairness, is a pertinent point...
Guess what, I got my refund which you refused to give me and I also had trading standards giving you grief, oh and I do believe you are a partner in Sascron otherwise, what sad little man would go out of their way to write such a lot of negatives about something they weren't involved with. Why would a person spend time defending a company which is so obviously rubbish and a waste of space. Since dealing with Sascron I have dealt with DB90 Prestige and we have had a very amicable relationship. Also North Sands (Durham) who are also top notch and come highly recommended.
Perhaps you should spend more time on your personal life than involving yourself with things that don't concern you.

Completley agree with this comment I had a very similar experience with Sascron, I was asked to remove my comments by Carl. I have never come across such a bad car dealership, as many others have stated on here and other review sites, I have never heard of putting a deposit down before they will let you test drive a vehicle, ended up with 3 months of misery for myself and my wife trying in vain to reslove the issues with them.

Oh they will negotiate with you, it's just a game. I got a quite the incredulous reaction when I attempted to negotiate but it's a dance that's all it is. The savings were modest but it was cheap to begin with but you have to walk away thinking you've got something out of it.

After paying I was told there was only one key 150+ to get another. I was also sold an aa one year warranty with 5 star cover. Sascron deal in high end cars and part-exchange cars. I'm sure the service you get with a £20k+ purchase is great, but if you're buying one of their part-exchange cars then be careful. You sound like a bit of a nutter. I bet you local grocery store flinches every time you walk in the door. Sounds like you are more interested in spouting law than actuall getting service from anyone. Grow up.and quit moaning. No wonder you do not get good experiences.

Since I do not work for Sascron, I fail to see how I can be accused of calling a 'customer' a nutter. He certainly is no customer of mine, nor one that I would want either. My business certainly would not want someone vicariously spouting law which I myself am far mor experieced on than dalemac30. Jason, if you took the time to do some research instead of assuming there are no other people on here other than Sascron staff, you would discover that I am in fact a very satisfied Sascron customer. I do not doubt that some people do not have good customer service experiences with a variety of businesses. That does not excuse them ranting on like a nutter. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing so please try and refrain from commenting on genuine people with your limited knowledge. Thanks.
