“Had a few reservations but...”

Had a few reservations, based on this and other review sites - even cancelled an order for hob and exractor. They refunded this cancellation without any major issue. Ordered one of their designer hoods via Ebay - item looks stunning, was easy to install (though still can't work out why you're not allowed to cut the plug off!). Very pleased with the item - when I though there was an issue with the touch panel, they sent a replacement in a day or so, without question. Would I buy from them... (read more)
“Too Risky”

Ordered a cooker hood and glass splash back and was told it would arrive a couple of days later. Two days later was telephoned and told it was not in stock despite taking the money in full on the original order day. I was offered to wait a few weeks or I could have a refund so I chose to have the refund. Five days later I am still waiting for my refund and when I called them about it they had "no electronic record of the request" (conveniently) and they said they would cal the accounts... (read more)

This stuff is garbage made in CHina hooooooooooo dear,arrived looked like tin, my baked beans arrived in a better steel finish.

Installed this in our new kitchen and it looked stunning. Turned on the lights, there was a small pop, and they went out. Called Premier who said that the transformer had blown and they would send me another, which they did. Should point out that it is illegal for me to mess with electrics in the kitchen, but they were more than happy for me to do so. Fortunately, the electrician grudgingly returned and fixed it. Bought this item through the internet, but had a few questions i needed to ask about the products appearance and also advice re fitting. So i phoned the office.The staff could not have been more helpful and i feel they went out of their way to help me. Happy with the responses, i was thrilled when the item arrived next day.
It looks fantastic and performs well and is an asset to my home. I cannot believe the value for money offered by Premier Range and i will certainly be using them again. I...
