It has a removeable cover which is a great idea but on that size bed not the easiest thing to do. Having placed my order for a made to measure mattress topper I was advised I may have to wait the full 30 days for delivery but would be kept informed. On day 32 I contacted them for an update. Since then I have been given numerous excuses for the delay of my order. I always have to contact them to chase as despite numerous promises to call me back with updates.
