If I didn't have to add a rating, I would give them no stars at all. I decided to try this lense provider as they were a little cheaper than my previous supplier and they came up on the ITV Money Expert website. I ordered Acuvue True Eye disposable lenses on 19th April but, at 13th May, they still haven't arrived. The delivery stated 3-5 working days and my money was debited immediately. Very quick to take your money and send you admails but their customer service is basically non-existence and they don't have a proper complaints procedure. Lenses take weeks to arrive (still waiting). Far better to pay slightly more from a competitor and not have to wait weeks fro them to arrive (read more)

10 days after order and no message to advise of any delay. I expected the lenses within 3-5 days. If the money hadn't been taken prior to despatch that would have eased the irritation. If they don't respond to my email, then I'll be issuing a chargeback via my credit card company. I won't use this company again, who are they? Are they in the UK? Will they actually supply? Ok, they are cheap. But that is about the only positive thing I can say about this company. I paid for my lenses but they haven't arrived after 10 days yet. When I contact the company, they say there are "unforeseen delays". When I asked for an ETA, they just stopped emailing me back. I have already paid and I am not sure if I will ever get the shipment. Having read some of the previous reviews I was pretty sceptical about ordering from this company. So.. I left plenty of lead time, and made sure I had a stock of contact lens just in case. So take a good look at the previous reviews. The first thing you'll notice is that all the recent reviews are all 5 stars and there's a surprising regularity to them. For instance the first 5 are November 9,8,7,6, and 5. After that there's a 2 day break that just happens to correspond to the weekend. None of the good reviews are posted on the weekend, while during the week, almost every day there is one good review. There's very few times that there's more than one review in a day and when... Thanks very much for the Heads-up. Definitely agree with your observations here - there's a very definite pattern to all the 5* review PLUS you can notice a similarity in the text and mistakes in their grammar throughout which suggest the writer is likely not a native speaker of english.

Placed an order a week ago for the first time for lenses. My account has been debited and upon re visiting site to track my order can find no record of my order at all. Have contacted them several times and have been told my order is being processed and will receive an email once shipped. It seems to be a generic answer as none of my questions were answered. Unlike most online sites once you place an order you recieve a confirmation email automatically. I didn't receive one with this company which immediately set the alarm bells ringing. The website says lenses will be shipped within 1-2 days...7 days later I am still waiting with no idea/confirmation if I am going to receive them at all. Hate to admit it but think I have been duped.
