I live in London and OneSpecs is based in Jersey. They might as well be in Timbuktoo. Placed online oder on March 6, heard nothing for days. Finally an email on March 14 to say the item has shipped. It's now March 19 and we still haven't received our order. Never again! (read more)

I order a pair of perscription sunglasses on 6 June. The order status was changed to shipped a couple of weeks later. I am still yet to receive them. I have sent 3 email to them and have had no repies. This is the worst company i have ever ordered from. They are quick to take your money but do not respond to communication. The only reason i gave them one star is because 0 is not an option. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS TIN POT COMPANY!!! (read more)

I suspect it is a widely practiced method by this company, but if it is, it’s not recommended. The Air Optix lenses arrived in a closed box, but the Ciba Vision Focus Dailies, which is a slightly more bulky box (nothing major, but it holds 30 lenses) arrived completely and purposely opened, flattened, while the lenses that were in it were placed next to the flattened box in the envelope. Trawled the internet for prescription glasses and decided to buy them from Onespecs. Easy website to negotiate and order what you want. I ordered the glasses and they arrived within 2 weeks which was very acceptable. I was very happy, but the glasses developed a problem with the nosepad which had split. I contacted customer services who agreed for me to send them the glasses back at there expence to repair. I sent them back and this is where the problems started. I received a very nasty... just to update on the review that I wrote here. I have just received a very nasty email from onespecs saying that my review was unfair and that I have been blacklisted. This is a company that needs some training in customer care? My issue has been all about the customer care and after service I received, as the glasses were faulty, which when you buy a product with a fault you expect good customer care with no hassles. I will say no more.

The title says it all- very good quality at an amazing price. They arrived quickly in a solid case too. My only "complaint" is that the website doesn't prefill your prescription onto your next order; it all has to be entered manually again with the risk of you entering a figure wrongly. It is a good choice for me to buy contact lenses online from Onespecs. They dispacted my lenses my lenses 2 days later after I ordered them and nearly 5 days later I received my order although I am living in Turkey. I appriciate their punctuality.My eyewear is also safe and sound. I am using biofinity toric now it is so thin and ı feel comfortable. Visited the Esplanade store and at first thought there wouldn't be anything to suit me, but within 30 minutes the chap at the desk had found to excellent set of frames and i was booked in for an eye test.
The eye test was fantastic, one of the longest and most detailed i have had, but made me feel that they actually care about you rather than your wallet content!!
Two pairs of Prescription glasses for £129 and with a voucher i got the eye test free. If there were more businesses run like...

Wow, I will be recommending one specs to all my friends. My order was processed the day of ordering and shipped the same day, glasses were received the following day. I have purchased glasses from the really cheap Icy range as I am hoping to have eye surgery shortly but needed to wear glasses before consultation so this was ideal to find a pair so cheap.
