MY DAUGHTER BOUGHT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE THE INTERIOR WAS MANKY THE ABS LIGHT WAS ON WHEN SHE COLLECTED IT SHE WAS TOLD BY THE SALESMAN TO TAKE CAR AND PHONE HIM IN MORNING AND HE WOULD GIVE HER NAME OF GARAGE TO TAKE IT TO SO SHE DID THIS GUESS WHAT SHE PHONED FOR 4 WEEKS TRYING TO GET HOLD OF SALES MAN HUNDREDS OF REASONS AND SHE COULD NEVER GET HOLD OF HIM IN THE END SHE TRIED TO USE THE 5 YEAR WARRANTY TO BE TOLD BY EVERY GARAGE WE CONTACTED THAT THE STIPULATION LAID DOWN IN THERE... “What a establishment. Feel sorry for nice people ”

Salesperson too pushy met with a handshake and asked to sit down. Felt intimated not the staff fault management need to train them properly and themselves. Left immediately. I am not an animal to be herded around if I want to look thats what I want to do. (read more)

bad company out to get what they can dont care about customers just profit on average £3k dearer than anywhere else the car people are better and cheaper,they wont give you figures till you want the car as there saying goes SMASH THEM GET THEM SOLD TO never again should be banned from trading. “not even worth rating one star, salesman mislead me...”

not even worth rating one star, salesman mislead me saying car was immaculate, viewed car at night time, 5pm november 2010 outside than it was brought in showroom, they insisted i take car home that night when i suggested coming to have another look in morning. when viewed car in daylight the seats were stained and the engine looked like it never been cleaned for ages never mind carcrafty saying they valet each car, when i went back and politley complained i and an independent person i asked... I worked as a salesman for CARSHAFT for 2 years but I had to get out. You are forced into selling any car to any person no matter what. I had to sell to people knowing quite well they would go home and cancel because they had been bullied into a deal. They should be shut down. I also sold a 12 month honda civic for £800 more that it was brand new. I left to work for a better company

Total rubbish comments follow this revue which shows the level of people writing them i.e. hide behind the keyboard. I work for Carcraft and sell excellent cars with 12 month guarantees, MOT where needed, RAC cover, Free servicing, 7day exchange policy. Come and see us.7 days per week as we dont hide.
