The ordering and payment system was simple. I did not see an email with the code in my inbox for 2 days, so I emailed them. They got back to me with the code and a possible explanation that the mail might have gone to my spam folder (which I clear regularly without even looking). The code worked, and my phone is unlocked. I would highly recommend it because you get what you want at a good price. (read more)

Purchased the instant code for my BB9900 and it was never displayed or emailed. Contacted the seller through their contact form which promises a reply within 10-30 minutes between 10am and 2am PST but did not receive a reply. Reached out through twitter as well, noting that they had several postings between the time of my purchase and now - still nothing. Purchased a code through another vendor and had it instantly, worked like a charm. (read more)

Its pretty much like the title says. Still waiting for my Q10 unlock code. Been 4 days almost 5. If you value your time and need your phone for work don't use these guys. After a 1-7 hour promised wait time I am pretty disappointed. Emailed to complain, promised prompt rectification of the situation in reply but still waiting. Pay a little more an save yourself the hassle. Would give no stars if I could. (read more)

I got screwed by some other unlocking company. So I tried Blackberry Code Source. They were very professional. I got an email from them letting me know that they received my paypal payment and that they'd be working on sending my unlock code for Z10 as soon as possible. About 48 hours later I got an email with my unlock code! 30 seconds later my Z10 is a free phone! It's finally unlocked :-) Thank you BB Code Source! I will be a returning customer for sure. Just ordered unlocked codes for a Telus Z10 and the 16 digit code worked on the first try. Great service and fairly quick turnaround time too. Had been hearing/reading bad experiences about people trying to unlock their Z10s and failing repeatedly. at first i tried a cheap website to unlock my blackberry z10 locked to orange uk. i recieved 6 unlock codes and none worked. they asked for countless details. then they apologized and asked for a refund. so i went to blackberrycodesource and with just the imei i got a working unlock code in a matter of hours. thanks a lot! Seriously this is my first time ever trying this unlock program. I was very satisfy with all the help. So at first the promo code didn't unlock my phone becasue my phone was locked from austarlia which I didn't even know but thanks to the guy that helped me out through online, I found that out. So after knowing that it was locked from australia, he send me another promo code and bam! The phone was unlocked! For the Z10, it took less than 12 hours to get code (during the weekend) and the codes worked on the first try. For the other 2 phones, it was equally as quick. I did an Unlock for Telus BlackBerry Z10 for only $20. The Code took about 48 hours to process. BBCS said this was due to errors on Telus end. Overall, because of the wait they gave me a free unlock code for any Blackberry model other than the Z10. Which is good because I have a 9360 I need to unlock. Now I entered the code like they showed in their video and it worked! Got a micro sim free of charger from Wind since I already had an account with them, put it the Simcard and my Z10 works... Used this service to unlock my brand new Blackberry Z10 (from Telus), worked perfectly as advertised. Every other site claimed there was a 20-50% chance of failure with a Z10, which didn't make me very confident but not here. The only note is that the page suggested 1-12hrs but it took 33 in the end, but it worked first time and to be fair there were some warnings about Z10 codes sometimes taking longer than normal.
