I placed an order with Buy Bits on the 11th April, and received an email telling me my order was "being processed". A week passed, no delivery was made, so on 18th April I emailed neworder@buybits.com as advised for an update. I noticed on their website, the item I had ordered was listed as not in stock. I got the Swivel Car Air Vent Deluxe iPad 2 Mount (sku 13521. I placed the order at 15:57 and the item was then dispatched at 16:05 same day. and that was on a normal delivery... Very happy and now i have receive my item in some good size envelope and good boxes that it came in. Best of all buy-bits puts videos of the product before you buy! and the product i bought is just wanted i wanted it its perfect...... After a shockingly SHORT delivery time (about one day) my tripod and phone holder arrived and it was better than described. I cannot believe how fantastic this little gadget is. I ordered a Sat Nav mount for my Yamaha FJR1300 around midday on Tuesday 4th September. I immediately received an email confirming my order. I received another email 8 minutes later letting me know the part had been despatched. Having opted for the free delivery, Royal Mail option I expected a 2/3 day wait but the part arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Excellent service! (read more)

I searched the Internet for a replacement. I found one at Buy Bits .com at a reasonable price. I placed the order for a genuine Tom Tom charger at 4.30 pm on Sunday 06/08/12 and it arrived at my home the next day. I couldn't believe how quick and efficient the service was. I really wasnt sure just how i was going to fix my Garmin SatNav to my bike, I use it in the car as well as on the bike. But watching the Video's from BuyBits, and the helpfull info on the Ebay site before ordering. “Wildfire A charging cradle sku 10732”

The charging plug for this is fitted the wrong way round and so the only way to fit the phone is to have it sticking out, overhanging the cradle. On closer examination of the Buy Bits catalogue picture it can be seen that the phone doesn't fit on theirs either and yet they just send them out anyway. This is crooked dishonesty and I would recommend not to deal with them. (read more)

Buybits may send out the goods speedily but that's as far as it goes with them. An Ultimate Addons direct to battery Sat Nav power cable seemed just what I was looking for but it damaged not one but both my sat nav units and they're not interested. I haven't even had the courtesy of a reply when I returned the cable for them to inspect and that was over a month ago. I'm filing a claim with the small claims court as I've now got two damaged units and am over £250 out of pocket. Stay well... (read more)

I've bought many items from all sorts of online sites recently. However, this one stands out for me as one of my best buys. This is the cheapest and simplest SatNav attachment part for bicycles. The delivery was within a couple of days and was really well packaged. No need for customer service queries at all. As for the product, I couldn't recommend it highly enough. Ordered a connection cable from Buybits. Had an e-mail to say it was being processed and another to say that it was sent but nothing was ever recieved. Since then I've had no reply to my e-mail asking them to check the address the cable was sent to and cannot get through on the phone. I can understand issues with the post but not being ignored after the cash has been taken. (read more)

Ordered Friday, delivered Saturday AM fitted Saturday PM. Excellent product exactly what I thought it would be so well done for an accurate description. Holds the Nuvi unit in place securely (needed a bit more packing ) & works well with the touch screen behind the plastic even with gloves on. Only negative is that the clamp wouldn't fit in the centre of the handlebars on my Triumph Tiger(fouled the headstock nut) but a bit of adjustment & all sorted. My Partner's dad bought a tom tom sav nav second hand and the suction cup arm was damaged so we searched the internet for a similar one and we found this website. I tried to locate a review but couldn't locate one so was very dubious about ordering. Though no need to as the item arrived quickly and exactly as described therefore making a very happy father-in-law.
Would definitely recommend this company to others.
