This was my second of this type. The first lasted three years, which is not too bad, except most fridges will go for 20 years without a problem. My recent one has failed after 17 months. I have emailed To Your Home to complain about durability so may have something to add, if they reply. TO YOUR HOME, a NIGHTMARE of a company to deal with.
Very good at sales and delivery but after this they are incredibly difficult to get hold of. No telephone only email which they are reluctant to answer.
I have had 2 Dihl 21 bottle wine coolers. Both have failed the first in 4 months the second in 8 weeks. Trying to resolve this second fialure is proving challenging.

21 bottle dual climate
product looks nice and is robust
but racking is only really suitable for slim wine bottles. you cannot slide shelf out for access unless door is completely open and forget about champagne bottles. have recently had a problem with thermostat and have tried to contact company. three emails with no response to date and a company with a website but no phone??
