“Nice quad now with over 18000 miles on the clock”

I got the 500 LWB from new and can't say a bad word. I am now looking at an upgrade and can't choose between the 450 LWB or new 600 they have. Seems like a lot of spec. My 500 came with a winch, tow bar and four wheel drive - all that I needed to be honest. I'll be honest and say I didn't keep up with servicing but hasn't missed a beat. Also added benefit of it being road legal so could pop to the shop and get my lunch when I needed. I don't know why people say negative things about the Quadzilla products, is it because the expect to spend 5k and get a 10k quad. My dealer is now offering part ex, albeit not enough at £1900 but she doesn't look like new anymore and is 4 years old. Highly recommend.

“The 500es LWB is a great ATV for the money. Good...”

★★★☆☆

written by Madrugada on 11/11/2010

The 500es LWB is a great ATV for the money. Good strong reliable engine I have been driving it around the Spanish country side for the past 12 months. The suspension is very easy going, carrys two good sized adults and will take you anywhere that a quad bike can go. The winch has been very useful in pulling out friends quads when stuck in bogs and moving large trees blocking your pathe. There are a few little niggles like the screeching drive belt a new one costs £210 - £230. Poor chromium plating of wheelnuts. Poor paint work on the front and rear racks and the fading of plastic body panels. Could do with a larger capacity battery to help run the alarm/mobiliser. Parts are not cheap and if you add postage, they become very expensive. But to be fare not a bad machine. Not the fastest of ATV's but great fun to ride very stable.

Good evening. I am considering purchasing the following quad for our small croft. x8 facelift EFi 4X4 road legal quad. We would be using this for general duties as well as grass topping duties. Does anyone have experience of the range and of course this new beast?  Also would be able to consider other manufaturers like Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha etc. Look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards, Thanks.
