We bought our Rotospa in June 2010 and in the November we noticed that the pump was leaking. Karl from Rotospa came out and replaced it. But now just over a year later the pump is leaking again. The advice from Rotoaspa now is to replce the pump again as it is front seal which is leaking and these can not be replaced. The cost of the replcement is nearly £1000 (including fitting). So basically if you buy one of these it looks like you have to be prepared to buy a replcement pump every year!! (read more)

We purchased an inflatable Lay z Spa in April 2010 as a cheap entry to the Spa world to see if we would enjoy the experience. We did and used it at every opportunity. Although it had major limitations it was an excellent learning process so in August we decided to look for a permanent model with all the features ie hydro jets, air jets, light, filtration, comfort etc. We searched the market and came across Rotospa a British made product based in Birmingham.
