Been using this website for a few years for trollbeads and found the range very good indeed. My partner prefers the silver beads than any other, nice update of range is always good too. They have always been very good with delivery and the product is always a good weight and very substantial. What you would expect from solid silver. Wouldnt go anywhere else for these beads. I ordered Pandora charms recently and they arrived very quickly, the only problem being, my order isn't what I ordered! No one picks up the phone and no one answers emails or requests via social media about this. Eventually I get a separate number for the actual store, who say they don't deal with internet orders but, to their credit they do try to help, saying thy will check the items I actually ordered and keep them aside for me so this can be sorted next week. They took the money and sent us a note saying it would be 5-10 days. Not good, but we decided to stick with it. No more comms. After 14 days still nothing. I have placed a few orders now for Pandora Charms. The website is easy to use and the service is great. The tracking information is second to none. Goods arrive as and when stated. Buying glass beads in particular is always a gamble due to colour variations in the bead itself, but if the bead is not quite the colour required there is absolutely no problem returning and the refund is made quickly. I am told I have to wait 14 days before an item can be said to be lost - it has been 10 days already, it should take 1/2 days by first class post. If I wait I miss the birthday.
