Wanted to share our nightmare to save others from a similar experience.
Bought the Elba range of bedroom furniture from Debenhams in August. Our order confirmation stated a delivery date in early September (4weeks). 4 weeks came and went so we asked when the delivery would be made. We were told that there had been an error and that it would take three months. We waited three months and still nothing not even a call to let us know what was happening.
