We have just had our cedar, one off, 8x10 greenhouse delivered and erected. It's something I've dreamed of for ages and now can't wait for the growing season to start. You lost one point as we wers a bit concerned that the erector hadn't been filled in about the difficult access to our house (we have no road access and the greenhouse had to be carried a 1/4 of a mile) and things had been promised us without his knowledge (for example that he'd fix it to the slabs) but it's here now and... “Great service and excellent product (Simplicity...”

We ordered a Simplicity greenhouse and were given a delivery date. However, a week before we were due to take delivery we had a call from TGP to say the model we'd ordered was out of stock and would not be available for ages. They offered to upgrade us to a better model, at no extra cost, so we agreed. The greenhouse was delivered by a lovely chap and a week later we started construction. Very impessed with all aspects of the order from the initial enquiry to the constructional of the greenhouse. The delivery of the order was delayed at my request until allthe groundworks were completed and it was delivered well packaged with a most helpful driver. It took two people 2 days to assemble and I am delighted with finisished product. The only suggestions for improvement would be: a) more emphasis on the number of bolts that MUST be inserted at each stage of...
