I ordered ladies fleeces and sweatshirts. As I already have a ladies t shirt size 12 medium I ordered the same size, but when they arrived they were obviously unisex. It did not state this and as there was a lady modelling the fleece I assumed they were ladies. I found them of very good quality. I presumed I could just change the sizes but was quite upset at having to pay £13 to return them. Surely you could have taken them back when you delivered the right size, thus saving me money I do... I am really impressed with the quality of these shirts, not only are they really well made but the sizing is excellent for me ,I prefer a roomy fit and these fit the bill nicely. I ordered 'Premium' polo shirts. Some of the shirts I received were clearly marked 'Seconds'. I took a photo of the seconds and sent it immediately for their comments. They did not respond. I have had a few orders from this company over a couple of years now. The prices are amazing... I got ten new shirts for around £4 each and the delivery is awesome. They use a good courier firm who send you texts with options to adjust delivery times and days and on the day send you a specific time slot.
