Party of five (one with birthday) visited Dilli with great anticipation on Nov 5th, 2010. Table was cramped with actual room for four (pointed out not corrected). Party menu 2 at £22 chosen. Starters good selection, well cooked, good size. Mains very disappointing with disproportionate ratio of sauce to meat and chicken tikka masala dish containing chicken bones virtually devoid of meat (pointed out), lamb rather tough. Service chaotic and inefficient, overcharged for drinks (pointed out and corrected). Overall a disappointing experience in contrast to the usual standard of Indian restaurants in the greater Manchester area.
