I found the website really easy to use. I like that to create an account I didn't have to enter loads of details. There was good communication between your team and I about order specifics. The products were tracked on the website and I could follow this easily which was helpful. The hoodies are brilliant and I have already recommended you to many people. The clothes are good, but I resent having to pay a premium (£2 an item) to get them made and delivered quickly, especially when three items come delivered in one package- so are delivered at the same cost to Clothes2order as one item. To be honest, I think it's a rip off, and I'm angry about it. I also found the website really difficult to use- it is not intuitive and it took me a while to work out what I needed to do to order customised goods, despite getting to the website via a link... I ordered 2 footy hoodies, they arrived and you could plainly see the quality materials used. The print on them is perfect. I have been asked where I've got them from and have recommended you to 3 people all ready. The only down side, and it's not really that bad is using the delivery company and not Royal Mail, causes a problem when their depot is 20+ miles away. (read more)

I looked at several sites and compared prices before choosing this one. I wanted a quality product with embroidery as I personally felt print would look cheaper. I made my heading designer then was forwarded on to be asked whether I would also like to personalise each with names. Which I did.. Beware..!! These are names to be PRINTED..
