“ripp-off company”

I purchased a K5 premium plus power washer from karcher outlet.within 6 months it became faulty, i had it replaced by them.But the second machine also proved to be of poor quality.I phoned them up and they just said its out of its 12 months warranty, and that they would not entertain me returning it.The K5 premium plus machine is not a cheap option !but because the refurbishing was done by stevie wonder ,i can't expect any level of reliability.surely they need to refurb these machines in a more thorough ways paid £200 plus the cost of the 12 months warranty.Karcher used to be a well respected brand, this no longer applies .Especially if you purchase from karcher outlet, where they have no commitment to customer service.poor quality made machines.

“Poor workmanship, don't buy from them ever.”

Appalling workmanship, karcher k4 premium bought last year at eve of May and is leaking on its second use with no pressure. Rang them up to ask if they could help resolve the issue, they quoted 6 month warranty period had ended and they couldn't do anything. I have opened up the pressure washer myself and identified at least one ring seal missing and the high pressure outlet not sitting inside the hose reel part correctly, with the metal fork and lock washer not sitting correctly. No way was this product tested correctly after being fixed as it has broken with less than 5 minutes use on total. Awful service, awful workmanship, complete lack of honesty, don't recommend anyone buys from them ever again.  If the company would like to discuss this with me, I phoned you today at 15:08.

“Don't use this company ”

Don't use this company. They only offer a 6 month warranty. My pressure washer broke well within a year and they refused to help in any way. They're impossible to get on the phone, take days to reply to emails. Bad products, terrible service. Not worth the savings

“Shocking "Customer Service"”

Having failed to deliver my purchase(twice)-I have found it impossible to speak with a sentient being at this company. I cancelled my order.They have not acknowledged this fact. The worst experience ever online-communications are zero or gobbledegook. Plan to take them to Small Claims Court.

“Never ever again!”

Ordered a vacuum cleaner, and waited a week. Still no vacuum, so emailed them asking where it was. No communication whatsoever and was delivered after two weeks. Parts missing and keeps cutting out. Worst experience of online shopping ever. Customer service is non- existent. Shambolic is an understatement!!

“K4 damaged & poorly refurbished”

The refurbished item was not reinstated to an as new condition. It resembled more a second hand sale. How many years of use has this had before a small part was fixed and sold on?? I often buy refurbished, but in all other instances the product was in a pristine as new condition. In addition the item was poorly packaged, arrived late and damaged. Will be returning for a full refund and will not be buying refurbished from Karcher Outlet!

Terrible company , no customer aftersales whatsoever, believe the negatives on here guys they are all 100% correct in my experience . I purchased a product from them and informed them on SAME day as receiving it it was faulty. HEARD NOTHING. I opened a paypal dispute and they have the audacity to request I arrange to send it back???? clearly they do not know the law i suggest this company brush up DSR and the sales and goods act. NO Karcher YOU have to arrange collection for a FULL refund its that simple. AVOID AT ALL COST

“Don't use this service!”

I ordered a re-furnished window cleaner / vacuum. The item that came was scratched and tatty. It worked ok but then failed to recharge. I tried to contact the company on several occasions (almost impossible, all emails bounce back). Eventually, through their website I arranged for them to collect my item. I stayed in all day and they failed to pick up. I called 'interlink' who said JMS hadn't arranged a pick up with them. I tried to contact JMS who failed to respond. At my own cost (via Hermes)I sent the item back and asked them to refund me. They sent me a repalcement! It's incredibly hard to get in touch with them and despite my best efforts, they are still yet to respond to me. I will never purchase from this website again and wish I read the other reviews on this website before I had made my purchase. Very disappointing. I wish I had just bought a new product from a reliable site. Very expensive post and packaging.

“karcher Window Vac”

Having read the reviews on karcher outlet was dubious about ordering. This window vax arrived very quickly however very disappointed....... Supposed to be refurbished as new was dirty and clearly just thrown in a box. Cleaned it up myself and noticed a part missing so emailed karcher outlet 3 times via their site and received an email back with a reference number advising someone woukd get in touch within 4-5 hours that day!!! Absolutely botji with no response. Only got a response from them after I raised a dispute via paypal.

“refurb washer”

bought a refurbished washer, used it 3 or 4 times for the first year, to wash down a horsebox; total time approx 40 mins then it water has no pressure. Doesn't work anymore waste of money wouldn't buy another refurb from this supplier

I have ordered karcher 4 it supposed to be good but shampoo it's not running trew and they even exchanged 3 times its still the same problem. I did tried to email them on last delivery but it's no respond, plus they only give you 6 months warranty. I do recomend if you will ever want to by karcher do not use Karcher outlet, instead use karcher UK I cannot understand how they sending faulty karcher machines to the clients

I spoke to this customer on the phone - he was trying to draw the chemical through at high pressure - these machines only activate the chemical at low pressure.

There is nothing wrong with his machines he was just not reading the manual

The machines are sold with a six month guarantee but customers are offered the option to upgrade to 12 months for just £5.99

I would appreciate you contacting this customer to reconsider his review as he was simply using the machine incorrectly.

“K2 Refurbished Unit”

After reading a few negative reviews on here though id write my experience. Ordered the K2 unit for £39.99 form the outlet last week. Came the next day, everything well packed. Unit looks new, absolutely no sign of wear on mine at all. used it this weekend and v happy with it, excellent price and delivery. You get what you pay for in life and £40 is a bargain, so stop complaining. If you expect a new unit etc then buy it new......simple. Cant fault would defy buy from again, don't let a few negative unrealistic peoples review put you off.

“Dodgy company, beware”

Ordered a Karcher K4 on the 2 Oct, supposedly next day delivery but didn't turn up until the 6th Oct. Box was in tatters and the machine was smashed to pieces so refused the delivery. Emailed Karcher Outlet straight away through their website contact page (as they have no telephone number or actual email address). They replied and said they would wait for the machine to be returned and would refund me. A week went by and nothing happened so I started nagging them, again via their contact page, I just kept getting automated replies. On the 24th Oct I got a reply saying they have received it back and will refund. Few more days later and still nothing so I contact them again. I get another message saying they will refund me which I finally receive on the 30th Now I would put this down to maybe just a bad one-off but it appears so many people have had exactly the same experience that I think Karcher outlet are purposefully sending out broken pressure washers and then delaying the refund to hold on to your money for whatever reason.

Karcher Outlet have opted to use APC for the majority of our deliveries throughout the UK, Highlands and Islands as we have found that they offer a broad range of services.

We quote below from our Website :-

Standard Delivery
The normal service is within 3-5 days. We will email you on the day of dispatch and text you two hours before delivery (if you supply a mobile number at point of order). Occasionally due to volume of work, after long weekends or holiday periods, it may take an extra day to be dispatched. The cost of standard delivery (if charged, please check item) £5.95 (Zone A).

We are in the process of developing a series of boxes for the different machines to help these parcels withstand the National transport system and arrive with you in the condition that it left our premises.

Just to finish with We always credit any refund immediately the parcel is received back with us, but would point out that the Merchant services who handle all card payments securely do take 3 - 5 days to show on your Account - apart from Paypal which goes back on and shows immediately.

“Not happy at all! FAULTY item, bad customer service,...”

I see many peopla happy with Karcher Outlet shopping but unfortunately I'm not one of them. I decided to buy good priced Vac Cleaner, VW60, (for Karcher information - order 586247). The delivery was extremely slow, about two weeks. Then I have received the item in very good overall condition, refurbished, no marks or scratches. The battery still had some power so I could try it for several minutes, good product. But then I had to recharge it and it simply did not start recharching, no light indication or other so it simply did not work anymore. Trying dealing this issue with Karcher, didn't helped, slow and poor communication. I'm quite sorry I have chosen them right now.

Ordered a Karcher pressure washer which was delivered to doorstep in under 24 hours from time of ordering online. Although delivery box was a bit battered the product is in very good condition and is working well, as would be expected. Negative reviews from other online sources gave me cause for concern but I had absolutely no need to worry; good saving and good value for money, no nasty surprises with quality of goods, very quick delivery, emails received to confirm order, payment and dispatch information. Unable to comment on after-sales service as this has not been an issue/need to date.

“Incomplete dirty washer with Inept service”

Received my K4. Patio washer had no nozzles and filthy despite supposedly being refurbished. Reordered the nozzles and after 10 days no delivery. Apparently they got lost in the post. " weeks later Im still waiting to use the damn washer! Tried to contact Karcher direct - they are not interested as the Outlet is run by an (terrible) agent. You would think that if an agent was giving you a bad name you would want to address it - oh no, let them carry on! Rubbish company and service. Avoid, go to Bosch instead.

“Atrocious product and service”

Window vac number 1 was sent out and failed to charge. It could not have been checked. The replacement( probably the same one, unchecked) also failed to charge. What a waste of my time- waiting in for couriers 4 times, assembling, repackaging, emailing- not that Karcher outlet cares. Don't bother filling out a call request on their website- they ignore you.
