I purchased an SaunaMed 4 Person Luxury Cedar FAR Infrared Sauna EMR Neutral™ as Christmas present to my wife. We've had the sauna up and running for 2 months now and it's fantastic. Infrared saunas are great and the service I received from Aqualine was faultless. From speaking to them on the telephone it's clear they have a real knowledge of their products. There was a small issue with the ioniser but that was sorted straight away with a phone call. Top service and a fantastic product. (read more)

Just bought our first infrared sauna (SaunaMed 4-6 Person Classic Hemlock FAR Infrared Sauna), it was so easy to put up and had a great service from the time we placed the order and found it very secure. Mine was a load of rubbish, radio doesnt work,wood filler all over the exterior that has`nt been rubbed down, after sales only good at fobbing me off, taking it up with trading standards and rogue traders.

Beware of these saunas,mine had to have a replacement element and the electrician told me it was a death trap,the spring clip holding the element in place was touching live wires making the chrome reflector live and general wiring was very shoddy,these should all be recalled before a fatality happens.
