I purchased two Rubbermaid chair mats at an excellent price. Delivery was very fast and they were very well packed. On opening one of them have a manufacturing fault. I let Brooklyn Trading know and they immediately sent out a replacement the following day without any fuss or quibble. Great communication throughout and swift responses to emails. Brooklyn is a fantastic on-line site for bargains with a capital B Designer wallpaper at rock bottom prices , Brand paint miles cheaper than the major DIY stores , the customer service girls are really friendly and helpful , the only down side is the delivery lol , (it is too fast says lazy my husband , within 2 days , which is EXCELLENT , all round a fantastic company to deal with , my new motto is B&Q who?????????

I was searching for some wood preserver and came across Brooklyn tradings site on ebay and found some Cuprinol 4l tins normally selling for £20 plus for sale at under a tenner each. The delivery cost for a courier service was very good value at only £3.99 I ordered two tins and paid via paypal, i received an email the following day thanking me for payment and that the goods were ready for dispatch. I then received a further email with a link to their courier with a tracking referernce so i could track the parcel from door to door. The whole transaction from payment to receiving goods took 2 days. I cannot recommend them highly enough, and ANY future purchases i need to make that Brooklyn may stock i will definatley making through them. Thanks

I firstly ordered one set of handles to see the quality first, expecting them to be of a cheap quality, owing to the price. I was, therefore, amazed with the quality of these handles, the colour was a perfect match with the handles I already have,they are a good heavy weight, and the look is gorgeous, if you can get excited about handles like me!!!!! I consequently ordered another three sets immediately. These handles are particularly for the bathroom with the lock hole, which I didn't really want for the other doors, but because they are so good I am putting them on all the doors and the lock fitting will be just for show. Yes they are that good!!!! I ordered the first set at midnight on Wednesday night and they arrived Friday morning. Excellent service. I would recommend to anyone buying from this company and will certainly be buying from them again.

I was more than impressed with the service received after purchasing my wallpaper. I especially liked the provision of a tracking number which told me exactly when my parcel would be delivered. The paper itself was better than I expected and looks stunning as a feature wall. I would not hesitate to recommend this seller and will be ordering more paper.
