Very impressed with the speed of delivery and communication regarding date and time of delivery. Purchased a rufus roo jacket which has not been put to the test yet. Fits well. Men's large fits my husband who is extra large in shirts etc. the jacket is very light and pockets should fit a lot in. (read more)

A quality piece of cabin luggage, excellent value, incredible order processing, free delivery in the allocated 1 hour time slot less than 36 hours after the after hours order was placed and with a free weighing scale! I ordered the Antler Nexus 3 case set for my sister's birthday and requested they be sent via next day delivery to her address on the south coast, (addressed to my brother-in-law). Of course, some people reading this may think that it's been written by someone known to or part of the company but I can tell you it isn't. This was a totally problem free and you get what you've paid for in the promised time frame with the ability to contact a member of staff by phone (an ordinary landline number, too!) or email for an instant response, transaction. Our intial purchase order for 3 suitcases was handled very efficiently, with our order delivered very promptly. When one of the zippers on the Antler suitcase broke after 3 months Luggage Express immediately said they would pick it up to repair/replace. No questions asked. I rang up late on Monday and spoke to Carmen who was really helpful, she even looked for the colour that I wanted. I told her ta hat I needed the items quickly and she aplogised as the delivery driver had already collected that nights delivery (it was nearly 5). Carmen advised that my order would be delivered on Wednesday. My items were delivered Wednesday within my timeslot. a great company Iwould use again and recommend to anyone. (read more)
