“deal on hp 65 i3 laptop”

For the price this laptop is a really good deal. The discount if all comes to pass meant I would have paid £250 for this computer. This was bought for home use, work and an introduction to windows 8 and all available apps for me and my 5 year old daughter.More functions and battery life than buying a tablet without the headache. I have found the keyboard design a pleasant surprise after using different ones. The sound and screen are enough for my requirements. The windows 8 is easy enough... (read more)

Use these all the time and they are so robust and just perfect for commuting. Given the choice I would not consider any other brand, and I have had Dells and Fuji in the past and none proved to be as useful as this HP. I phoned support and got the fastest response to service issues that a support company could provide even in the festive season. (read more)

About 10pm last night my wife bought an HP laptop using your service and my credit card! At 9.30am this morning a man from DHL knocked on the door and pressed the laptop into her hot sticky hand. “3 HP Laptops all broken and no support”

Over the last 2 years I have spent £2000 on 3 different HP Laptops. HP DV7, HP DV6 and a G56 model. The DV7 burnt out its video card 2 days after the warranty, the G56 no longer attempts to power on and the DV6 has such a poor quality casing it is falling apart 5 months into owning it. I am a careful user and baby my laptops with good protective case's and sleeves. On contacting HP they have said there is nothing they can do to help without me paying for there time. Light weight and slim, great grey colour to match my glowing silver locks, auto updates are fantastic. So easy to set up and use, even a four year old could do it (or a 64 year old). Keys are a bit larger than normal, making typing comfortable for someone with larger finger tips (on the end of fingers..... and on the end of the hand), the larger print also making it easier to see for someone whose eyesight is not so perfect, (mine is good....sort of). Terrible.

Would NEVER buy HP again. Really slow, mouse won't work, keyboard neither.

I have a huge amount of computing experience and have followed every piece of advice to the letter. My laptop now runs a 0.5 mph - a reinstall has failed lots of times with next to useless error messages.

Admittedly I am dealing with a Vista (a famously terrible OS) but I have spent HOURS trying to get my way though the various HP websites - it's is hopeless. I have followed everything adivised to the... (read more)
