I recently ordered multiple items from Zara online. After FedEx lost my package, I filed a lost package claim. FedEx told me to call Zara, and have my purchase reimbursed at FedEx's expense. I had to file my claim THREE TIMES over two weeks, after Zara repeatedly denied that FedEx lost my package. Customer Service was rude, aggressive, and accused me of being a liar. “The Absolute Worst”

I ordered Christmas gifts for my children at the end of November 2015 and the package was delivered to my house when I was not home. The package was stolen from my front door so I called the shipping company, Fed Ex, to let them know. “Run away”

This was my first time ordering. NEVER AGAIN. The worst customer service. I placed an order the end of November. I received a confirmation that my order would be shipped in two separate shipments. I received my first package, delivered by UPS, no problem. My second package was scheduled for delivery on another day. I received confirmation that it was to be deliverd by Ontrac. “never come back again”

I could not give them any star because so bad in customer services. On the black Friday, I did order on their website about 3 items. the sale and payment is successfully completed and they sent me payment confirmed. After few days they send an email said that the error of system and they cancelled the order. I did by online a lot, it never happened with other American website such as Macc'y .com, loft.com ext... I've had a terrible experience with Zara , charged me for deliver and the site said never pay for deliver if you buy more than 50£ , they were suppost to delver in 24 hrs to 72 , I'm waiting have been a week and they always say that is coming ... really hard to have the money back !! “Horrible Zara Customer Service”

I returned an item purchased which arrived defected to Zara, and received a notification that they're sending the item back, as it didn't arrive in the condition sent. I placed an online order with Zara, I was told to expect delivery on Friday then Saturday, Monday etc you can see a pattern is emerging ! “Wrong size bought”

Bought a top for my daughter in advance for her birthday that was wrong size. They would not exchange for right size, in store or through customer service on line because outside returns policy. Ordered items for store pick up. Staff pretty unhelpful and distant at store pick up (Covent Garden) When I got back, realised dress was in wrong colour. Then received email from Zara apologising - and said to send it back if I didn't want it. Of course I don't, it's the wrong colour!
