Went to return a product to store, and they forced me to have a gift card. Which means no matter what we will not return you your money rather keep hold of your money. Unfortunately, I am not trying to save Zara here, this is how a lot of clothing companies are when it comes to refunds. They don't give you your money back they "force" you to reinvest back into the company

Never had such a terrible service as in the zara shop. Just bought a new blazer, only worn it for 2 hours. The blazer was ripped. When I went to the shop they told me they couldn't do anything for me and it was my own fault. It was to small for me, she said. When I told her I have two of the same blazers in the same size at home and she freaked out! I was rude she said. The whole conversation had come to an end without any service. “Missing parcels on more than one occasion ”

You can not speak to a manager at customer service and their immediate response is one of disbelief it has happened. You basically have to fight for a refund which takes over a month to get back. Zara sell gift cards and tell you that you can get a new gift card if lost or stolen as long as you keep the receipt. But when you actually loose or have your card stolen and ask them to replace the gift card beacuse you still have the receipt they refuse to.
