I ordered 4 items on 4 Jan 2015 in the sale and paid for it. I understand there might be a delay but was surprised to receive an email from Zara stating my order would be further delayed by 48hrs dated 12 Jan due to a "traffic incident". “No craftsmanship ”

I bought a handbag at Zara online and I received on January 10th, 2015. Few days later, I decided to wear the bag but I alewsdy saw that the stitch closure was not right, it was protruding . “Terrible customer service”

I received a Zara parcel with my name and address on one side and someone else's name and address on the other side of the box. The items inside belonged to someone else as did the invoice. I called customer service and asked if they could contact the other person and see if they had received my package and if they could simply arrange a swap as my items were now out of stock (January sale!) I have done a lot of online shopping in my day, and dealt with customer service reps on returns for damaged or defective items; none have been as rude, unaccommodating, and flat out careless as Zara customer support. Paid tenpounds for express delivry. The dpd left a card indicating he did not try to deliver to aneighbour when we wereout. Apparently zara wont let them. I rang the phone number for re-delivery and was asked if wednesday (christmas eve ) was ok and could they leave it in the garage. “missing item”

I ordered 9 items on and received only 8 items. I called customer service and they said they will check with the warehouse about the missing item and contact me after, they sent me a email saying they haven't made a mistake and will not issue a replacement or refund. Unfortunately, I am not trying to save Zara here, this is how a lot of clothing companies are when it comes to refunds. They don't give you your money back they "force" you to reinvest back into the company

Wow i love your clothes but when things go wrong your customer service is the WORST service i have ever seen in the USA. Never had such a terrible service as in the zara shop. Just bought a new blazer, only worn it for 2 hours. The blazer was ripped. When I went to the shop they told me they couldn't do anything for me and it was my own fault. It was to small for me, she said. When I told her I have two of the same blazers in the same size at home and she freaked out! I was rude she said. The whole conversation had come to an end without any service.
