“Never Shipped Goods”

USA Review: Ordered online and received a "shipped" email acknowledgement a few days later, without a tracking number. I followed-up with multiple phone calls requesting tracking number to FINALLY be told that they could not fulfill the order. I was told that I could purchase something else at that time. We live in Estepona, Spain and I ordered 4 pairs of trousers. They arrived within 48 hours. The only criticism is that I ordered 1 x size 40 and 3 x M (medium). The size 40 was perfect but the M's were too small. (They really should standardise their sizes to numbers or letters but not both.) Seriously? That's terrible customer service on their behalf. Take it up publicly. Perhaps write on their Facebook page? They might be more inclined to cooperate if 22 million+ followers see your complaint.

Zara sell gift cards and tell you that you can get a new gift card if lost or stolen as long as you keep the receipt. But when you actually loose or have your card stolen and ask them to replace the gift card beacuse you still have the receipt they refuse to. Because I live in New York I hate going to the Zara unless I am desperate. So online zara is a huge hit for me. I shop online usually every month. Never have I lost a package and never have my items been damaged. I get really fast shipping, usually here in 2 days, 3 days maximum. Without paying the $10 for express shipping. “Accused of wearing a returned item”

I've just sent back three ill fitting items to Zara and been refunded for two. I was told the shop manager had deemed the third item non-refundable as it had been worn. I have certainly not worn the item so called to challenge this. She was unhelpful and told me that the item in question had a mark on the hem and creasing at the knees with no tag on. “Express delivery - good but extremely expensive! ”

I was initially worried about the customer service side of Zara, however I was relieved when my express delivery arrived when it was expected. I had ordered a playsuit to wear to my Sixthform prom and made the mistake of deciding to eventually go the week before. Placed an order from zara on the 27th and this was during a busy sale period . My only disappointment has that for some reason delivery to store was unavailable for 3 days and as I didn't want my item to sell out I chose to have it delivered home at the standard cost of 3.95. I bought from Zara.com for the first time. Purchased two white Mao short sleeve white shirts for my 4 year old son. He wore each one, and stained them slightly (normal given his age). I washed each shirt on delicate, cold, and laid flat to dry. The stains did not come out at all, even with the spray and wash I pre-applied. The shirts are ruined after only one wear. “It can't adjust the price for you when you pay more”

I like the design of the clothes. After 3 days I purchased +$400 clothes from Zara. The prices were lower 30%. I just wanted to adjust prices of my purchase since I have worn the clothes that they can't be returned.
