I ordered online last month, it was delivered via OnTrac, I tracked the package and it said it was delivered fairly earlier than it was noted in the tracking status. When I got home, I COULD NOT find my package anywhere around the house. I contacted the customer service, they responded really slow, after about 2-3 weeks later. “won't stand behind defective product”

A pair of culottes I ordered on-line ripped open at a seam within 2 hours of my putting them on, while I was sitting quietly by a pool. Zara asked me to send a photo which I did. They then responded that they would not accept a return because the product was fine as long as it was treated properly. In other words, they thought it was my fault. What???? “Damaged product; POOR Customer Service”

NEVER purchase from this company. First, there products are poorly designed and they are very rude at Zara.com. I received a Reversible Tote that fell apart in less than 6 months. They arrived but at the time my husband and I were sick for quite a few days and it took me a while to get back to normal. I bought my young sister many clothes for Christmas and unfortunately shortly after this she died unexpectedly. She never got chance to wear the clothes and the tags were still on but the gift receipt was thrown away because she was planning on keeping the clothes. I recently ordered multiple items from Zara online. After FedEx lost my package, I filed a lost package claim. FedEx told me to call Zara, and have my purchase reimbursed at FedEx's expense. I gave it to him on Xmas (date on order form 12/09/15) went on vacation and came back and tried to return them but they could offer ZERO assistance. This was my first time ordering. NEVER AGAIN. The worst customer service. I placed an order the end of November. I received a confirmation that my order would be shipped in two separate shipments.
