Went to the store to see if can return a gift my husband got from his niece for the holiday, went over to a sales rep and she told me that i can exchange it. I placed an order on Dec. 11th and checked in order a few times, only to find out today Dec. 22nd that the order was cancelled due to insufficient inventory! Horrible customer service and the way the run their website, not knowing if they have enough inventory before they keep the item posted on the website. “missing item”

I ordered 9 items on and received only 8 items. I called customer service and they said they will check with the warehouse about the missing item and contact me after, they sent me a email saying they haven't made a mistake and will not issue a replacement or refund. “Unreasonable when it comes to returns”

I received my order on 11/19/14. Tried to place a return on 11/18/14 and the company notified me that it was past the 30 day return date that the original shipping label was created on. Went to return a product to store, and they forced me to have a gift card. Which means no matter what we will not return you your money rather keep hold of your money. Unfortunately, I am not trying to save Zara here, this is how a lot of clothing companies are when it comes to refunds. They don't give you your money back they "force" you to reinvest back into the company

Wow i love your clothes but when things go wrong your customer service is the WORST service i have ever seen in the USA. Never had such a terrible service as in the zara shop. Just bought a new blazer, only worn it for 2 hours. The blazer was ripped. When I went to the shop they told me they couldn't do anything for me and it was my own fault. It was to small for me, she said. When I told her I have two of the same blazers in the same size at home and she freaked out! I was rude she said. The whole conversation had come to an end without any service. “Missing parcels on more than one occasion ”

I have ordered items from Zara on just a few occasions and twice only half of the order arrived. You can not speak to a manager at customer service and their immediate response is one of disbelief it has happened. You basically have to fight for a refund which takes over a month to get back.
