This is a difficult one to review as it is a good product - when it works.

We bought one and within 12 months we were on our 4th product because each time the steriliser broke.

We were using it correctly and following the instructions exactly - however, machine after machine broke down.

One time when it broke it was actually quite dangerous, as it was giving out an electric shock when you touched it.

We bought ours from Mothercare and they were very good at replacing it - but surely... (read more)
