There are two parts to place on top of the puzzle to secure it in place and keep all the spare puzzles pieces where you can find them. Ordered jigsaw on 25th November & it has never arrived. They never gave proper replies to my delivery enquiries, just fobbed me off. When it didn't arrive for Christmas they blamed the Post Office. It still hasn't arrived in mid-January. At least they gave a quick refund when I raised a PayPal dispute. (read more)

“Poor service”

I ordered a jigsaw puzzle on the 26th of November and it still hadn,t arrived by Xmas. I emailed on more than a couple of occassions and after being given excuses and failed delivery dates I resorted to a refund which was prompt in coming unlike the jigsaw. The annoying thing was that while I was still waitng for the overdue Jigsaw I was getting emails offering me other items for sale and asking me to fill in a complimentary review!!! I ordered a personalised jigsaw puzzle for Christmas and paid £30. There were delays with the printing of the puzzle, however the company still posted royal mail and the puzzle did not arrive in time for Christmas. The worst of it is that the puzzle itself is poor quality, we are spending most of the time pulling bits of cardboard off the sides of the puzzle in order to make the peices slot together and the box is like something out of Blue Peter, it has been made by sticking paper over... Customer service was very good, with queries answered promptly and efficiently. The jigsaw was delivered in the timescale promised, and was as requested. The only niggle that prevents me giving five stars is that the box looked a little shoddy - the jigsaw photo that was printed was not attached to the box at all straight. I was also offered a free jigsaw mat that can be rolled up and put away so you don't lose ur progress the puzzle.
