I purchased a picture carton from 'Packing boxes' after spending some time looking for one which was 'double wall' and strong enough to post a print I had sold on e-bay. What arrived was a flimsy single wall piece of card nothing better than a cardboard box I could have been given for free at the supermarket. The worst customer service I have ever come across. Delivery was a day late. I attempted to phone them, but there was no answer and the mailbox was full. Emailed them only to be told they would charge a £15 cancellation fee. They never even bothered to reply to my subsequent emails or phone calls. They tried to get my neighbour to carry all the boxes upstairs to my flat. The packaging was ripped so some of the boxes were wet, and the bigger ones were bent. “Poor quality boxes, appalling customer service”

The boxes sent to me were defective (not glued together). I sent an email asking for a refund and was asked to provide a photo of the defective boxes. Long story short, I provided a photo... 4 times. I placed an order online in december and it showed in stock, the next day I was phoned to say it is not instock and would be at least 2 weeks, so I asked to cancel and be refunded and was told this would be done. I placed an order Friday with Jordan. I got a call later explaining that my order couldn't not be delivered for Saturday even though I paid extra to have it delivered then. I called to cancel they explained the bubble wrap was too big, so we switched for smaller. They said everything was handled. I ordered boxes from this outfit, despite them being more expensive than competitors, because they sold bottle dividers as well as boxes, which I could not easily procure from competitors who sell competitively-priced quality boxes. In short they said box would arrive on three Seperate occasions. I waited in and it never arrived When it finally did arrive it was the wrong colour. the man I dealt withwho dealt with the enquiry was very unhelpful and sounded like she couldn't care less. I ordered a house moving pack on Saturday for the following Wednesday, which came under their 'free next day delivery' policy. I am a bit annoyed that I couldn't give this company zero stars. An absolute shambles from start to finish. The people in the call centre just lie through their teeth and are really not very good at it. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. I had to call them every hour on the hour in the end and threaten court action before I got a refund. Delivery arrived within 24 hours of purchase, but at the cost of the products being shipped to me. To call the packing tape "buff" is a massive overstatement. It's the same as you could get at a pound shop, and looking at the number of boxes I have, I doubt the amount of tape included will be sufficient. Delivery did arrive next day, although very late in the evening after having waited in all day (but I blame the dreadful Yodel for that). Tape, and marker pen not in package. I've ordered twice from this company. The first time they delivered what I wanted on the day I wanted. No problems. So the next week I ordered exactly the same thing again and paid for the guaranteed next day delivery. It didn't come. Or the next day.
