The thing that I liked the most was the care your representative took with respect to the urgency. Your team is quite cooperative. Things that can be better is the choice of air ticket, your team provided me only with the option that was good, so in case you give us more options it would be great. Thanks

I bought my ticket through Royal Air. I was very happy with the travel agent and the price of the ticket. I was supposed to fly to India on the 13th of Nov. but had to cancel for personal reasons. My agent told me that the airline will hold my ticket but I will have to pay for the reissuing of it. I was ready to travel after the 15th of January, 2015 and my agent informed me that I have the ticket for the 19th of Jan. and I am ok with it. The problem is that I have left my agent several messages and have sent a few e mails to contact me so that I could make the payment but I am not getting a reply. Could you please help me? Thanks.
