The agent I dealt with is a great guy who will go beyond his call of duty to find you the best ticket at the best price. Minneapolis-Bangalore is a difficult route in terms of prices/airline route. He stayed in touch with you throughout the process and found a great price for me on British Airways during the July-August peak season 2013. Please note that if you are living in USA and trying to book a ticket to India, there are lot of frauds doing their business and trying to cheat you. My friend recommended Royal Air USA and gave number of Alex. About them I would say these guys are helpful and good in their business. I was getting quotes which were less than Royal Air USA but that agent was not listed in Agent list here (refer desi air tickets site). I would never go with the agent who is not known.
