“website is playing up”

have problems to log in to account if you add items and leave for few minutes than the items are gone and I never got the confirmation to my email send I always had to call them up when I received my order some items were open and didnt get invoice , very dissapointed… Read Full Review

“2 seasons lottery”

Didn't win the 2 seasons end of sale lottery, and neither did most of the people I know who ordered anything in the sale. Dispite website not really reflecting stock, they were pretty fast getting my payment back to me so it's not all bad… Read Full Review

“Out of Stock”

Like many others I ordered during their 80% sale only to be e-mailed 5 days later to inform me the item was out of stock and I had been refunded. As they took the money out of my account I expected the order to be fulfilled, so I ordered some EST bindings to fit the Burton channel board I had just ordered. As the board didn't arrive I now have some bindings that only fit Burton boards, which I don’t currently have! “two seasons review”

firsty i was directed to twoseasons by a freind as they had provided a good and speedy service. i am sad to say i did not get the same treatment. went on the site to shop and placed my order all in stock and due to be posted, items where sent out (as a part order) with a scrap of paper in the box saying some of the items are not in stock. it took a while for cash to be refunded... ..if its not in stock take it off the web site simple... 2 out of 10 i'm afaid… Read Full Review

“Needs work!”

Ordered a board in the sale at cracking value. Didn't hear anything for 8 days so decided to give them a call to chase it up. Was told that the order number wasn't recognised but they'd have a look into it and get back to me. The nice chap I spoke to then called me back to say they had sold out and that if I hadn't have called it would have went through the net!! “Free Delivery when you spend £50...”

except when they're really busy! Knew the ski jacket that i wanted and decided to buy it online from Two Seasons as they offered free delivery on orders over £50 and next day delivery. The jacket i wanted was £100. I found out after putting payment etc through that as they're so busy the item would be sent standard delivery (2-5 working days) and i would be charged £3.50 for the privilege. “Helmet sub-standard”

The main reason I order was to buy an long sleave O'Neil tshirt that was on sale and said there were a few remaining in my size, XL. Seeing as I was placing an order an would be paying for shipping I thought I'd add a belt to my order as I'd needed one for a while. However when my package arrived in the post it only contained the belt and a delivery note saying the tshirt was actually out of stock and had been removed from your order. “I thought that the 2seasons website was very well put...”

I thought that the 2seasons website was very well put together and easy to use. However I wasn't given any clew to whether the product I ordered was in stock or not. Therefore when I ordered it on Thursday for Saturday delivery I was very displeased to not receive any word about my order until I emailed the 2seasons team and was told that the product had recently gone out of stock and I would be refunded.
