“Charging £3.95 for 1-3 day delivery which doesn't arrive ”

You don't expect to pay nearly £4 for delivery for it not to turn up in the stated 1-3 days delivery. So much for service. I tracked my delivery ordered early on a Wednesday, and it was dispatched 30 minutes after purchase according to emails from two seasons and a text from DHL. It then went from France to Spain to Belgium finally arriving at Gatwick on the Friday. “Crap Service”

Visited this website after recommendation by friends. Plenty of choice and fairly laid out website but their customer service sucks! Ordered some goods, that were stated in stock on their website, delivery times stated from 2-4 days. However 4 days after I first ordered products email came through to tell me two of the items ordered were not in stock. “Sold Out”

My purchase was 2 weeks before my ski trip. I received an email to say the purchase had gone through then heard no more. 3 days before my trip after a chasing email I was informed that Two Seasons were out of stock and the money was credited back. “POOR Customer Service”

Like many other reviewers I ordered during the 80% sale, however one of the items that I ordered was out of stock. There was no email communication at all that the item would not be delivered, just a hand written note on the invoice. But by far the worst bit was that they still charged me for the postage on the item that they didn't send!!!!!! “Terrible customer service. Dreadful company. AVOID!!”

Ordered 3 items for £41, money immediately taken from my PayPal account. 5 days later got an email from PayPal to say I had recieved a refund from Two Seasons, company did not have the courtesy to write an email informing me of the refund as some of my order was "out of stock". I had to work out from the refund what items had been refunded and "out of stock". The only item left was for £5.20 but they were still happy to charge me the £3.50 postage. “Very poor customer service and no product!”

This is the third time I/my partner have ordered online at Two Seasons. I ordered some Emu boots in the sale. After a week, I received an email saying my item was out of stock, so they would refund the money to my account. It took an extra few days to receive the refund, meaning Two Seasons held my money for nearly 2 weeks, without providing the product which I had ordered. Awful customer service, would never use again. Ended up taking money from my accounts for up to 2 weeks without even posting items. Then just fobbed me off with "items are out of stock". Purchased items from their sale , money taken and got email saying they had been dispatched, on receipt I thought the parcel was a bit thin ,on the delivery note there is a scribbled note saying two of the items are out of stock and a refund would be given ,doesn't say when though and one of the items is still for sale and showing in stock ( not even low stock) on their site in the size I ordered . “Two Seasons lottery Sale”

I, like many others was excited by the prospect of the Two Seasons 80% sale. Unfortunately even though there was some great bargains to be had , it was a complete lottery as to whether you actually received them. After ordering a board and the money was debited from my account, it took Two Seasons 4 days to inform me that the board was not in stock. And a further 2 days to refund my money. “Sold me an item that didn't exist in their stock!”

Just when I thought I was getting a new pair of snowboard boots, with one week to go before I go snowboarding, I get an email to say that my order has been cancelled because they are out of stock. I managed to send a payment to them, order it, and then retracted just like that. Annoying. “"Empty handed"”

Unfortunately one of the worst experiences ever from an online store. I bought bindings online last Thursday and I was very happy as I found them at a very good price. After this I send them two emails asking if the item has dispatched and any possible tracking number but I got no response. I thought that they were just too busy to reply. “Did not Deliver”

“Completely disappointing”

Ordered a Roxy board in the sale. Board remained up on the site on sale for a day after I ordered it. Then, FIVE DAYS later - after I had gone out and bought bindings to match - I was sent an email saying it hadn't been available after all and the order was cancelled. I paid for next day delivery and should've got an email on the day of delivery. I phoned the shop & was told the email was in my spam folder - it wasn't.
