The price was the best on the web. Easy to use website. Pay with PayPal which was handy so I didn't have to set up an account. Delivery confirmation and tracking email arrived late Sunday eve, (I ordered on that Sunday afternoon). Like many people I had recently noticed the crazy sale going on at Two Seasons. I ordered an Xcel wetsuit, reduced from £200 to £60. Unsurprisingly the stock was hit hard by a large number of people trying to scoop a bargain. The website stock level was listed as "low" when I ordered. Having read the number of negative reviews posted recently, regarding an issue with inaccurate stock levels and bad customer service I was a little worried. I received an email to say the purchase had gone through then heard no more. 3 days before my trip after a chasing email I was informed that Two Seasons were out of stock and the money was credited back. Like many other reviewers I ordered during the 80% sale, however one of the items that I ordered was out of stock. There was no email communication at all that the item would not be delivered, just a hand written note on the invoice. But by far the worst bit was that they still charged me for the postage on the item that they didn't send!!!!!! I have attempted to contact them several times since and they won't respond to any communications. My advice is to avoid. (read more)

Ordered 3 items for £41, money immediately taken from my PayPal account. 5 days later got an email from PayPal to say I had recieved a refund from Two Seasons, company did not have the courtesy to write an email informing me of the refund as some of my order was "out of stock". This is the third time I/my partner have ordered online at Two Seasons. I ordered some Emu boots in the sale. After a week, I received an email saying my item was out of stock, so they would refund the money to my account. It took an extra few days to receive the refund, meaning Two Seasons held my money for nearly 2 weeks, without providing the product which I had ordered. Two Seasons had an excellent range of skis available and the Salomon Enduros I bought were at an unbelievable price. I, like many others was excited by the prospect of the Two Seasons 80% sale. Unfortunately even though there was some great bargains to be had , it was a complete lottery as to whether you actually received them. After ordering a board and the money was debited from my account, it took Two Seasons 4 days to inform me that the board was not in stock. And a further 2 days to refund my money. Everything with delivery was ok even though I was charged twice, I made two separate purchases within an hour online and they came in the same box. Surely I should be refunded one delivery payment. Being an online store you don't always know what your getting is going to fit. 2 out of my five items don't fit - I have to pay for them to be returned!!!!! Ordered a Roxy board in the sale. Board remained up on the site on sale for a day after I ordered it. Then, FIVE DAYS later - after I had gone out and bought bindings to match - I was sent an email saying it hadn't been available after all and the order was cancelled. I contacted them on day 7 to find out where the rest of the order was and they said it wasn't in stock. It means I go skiing without the gloves I wanted.
