“Utter rubbish”

Do not buy this baby monitor, it is utter rubbish. I purchased this and used in for 3 hours each evening for 8 months. Now the rechargable battery won't recharge. I have tried to order a replacement from Tomy but after 4 months and several e mails to them they cannot supply me with one. Their customer support and service is terrible. I do not think that paying £50 for a product that lasts only 8 months is good value for money. Buyu another brand!!!! (read more)

This Tomy digital monitor works really well and I can't recommend it strongly enough. We bought it because it seemed a good compromise between cost and functionality. The features are very easy to use as well as intuitive. The talk-back, temperature measure and night light are all useful nice touches, but the monitoring itself is the key - and it is great. The sound pick-up can be extremely sensitive so at maximum volume you can readily hear every sound. We learned to trust this... (read more)
