I read articles about c.oil being good for alzeimer. I had panic attack. By regularly taking c.oil it dissapeared. I stopped taking it and it came back. So regularity and continuity is important. So now I made it a part of my life. C.oil is delicious too. (read more)

My God!! This coconut oil is amazing! I use it as a hair mask and makes my hair soooooo soft and shiny!! I use it as a body and face moisturizer! My acne is almost gone and my skin is soooo soft!! Last...but not least...i also use it as a facial cleanser, applying it with a cotton pad (and some water on..)..I LOVE that many-in-one product!!! (read more)

Frying food in coconut oil is just tasty. I've only just started using it recently after discovering the health benefits on google. So I bought a jar from Amazon which arrived in a few days worth waiting for because I was excited. Started telling all my friends about it but they believed that it is fatty. I bought the oil for Hair and Skin and then read about the fact that I can eat it. A bit sceptic at first but then I thought I will give it a try. My energy levels have just shot up and I feel great. I seems to have affected my metabolism as well as I feel hungry quick. Lost about a Kilo of weight in 6 weeks. It's not just the oil I do exercise as well. Bought Coconut Oil for Skin from Coconut Oil UK. The oil is a little expensive however after using it for 2 weeks I can see the difference in my skin. It's very soft and I am sure my wrinkles seem to be disappearing.

I one complain is the delivery time it took 5 days to get to me. Hopefully they will improve this in the future. (read more)
