I am genuinely sooooooo impressed with this company. I emailed a few printers for prices for a few different print jobs. Most didn't reply. Solo Press asked for more info to give me an accurate price. They were the cheapest. Ordering from them was easy. They kept me extremely well informed re dispatch and delivery times. Here is how my order process went. Me: I would like 1000 rounded edge business cards. Solo Press service adviser: OK, That's £138, just email me the artwork. Me: Great. Send me the invoice and ill pay straight away too. SQUARE CARDS ARRIVE 4 DAYS LATER WITH NO ROUNDED CORNERS Back onto the phone. Me: I paid for rounded edge business cards but received square ones? We have now investigated into this matter fully and thank you for your patience.
We review every complaint and issue with extreme concern and the utmost importance.
Our Sales Managers are instructed not to take orders over the telephone with a company policy that all orders must be received in writing.
When an order is placed an order confirmation is forwarded detailing the order and cost. Unfortunately on this occasion we do not have a record of a request for round cornered business cards but we are always willing to accommodate our customers requests and demands.
However as a gesture of good will we would be happy to produce the cards for you with rounded corners at a reduced cost.

I was notified I would not recieve these the next day via the courier service. Despite a slight issue with artwork not uploading, the team at Solopress helped to still get the business cards out on time. In my opinion the service of this company is so atrocious it is probably unlawful. They misrepresented the order that I gave them. They use very heavy handed collection techniques. This includes ringing up as credit control within a few minutes of confirming an order even before they have corrected the order. You don't get any guidance as to what is appropriate for your project. They think cheap prices mean cheap customers. I will never use them again. (read more)
