Only go to the Foxhouse Inn for their carvery if you enjoy eating overcooked, dried up, coarse, inedible beef. Where do they source it from? It was the very poorest quality. They might cook it each day, so they say, although we were not so sure. It could have been heated up from the previous day. Our knives would not cut it and it could not be chewed.
