We've been caravanning for around 16 years and had many awnings, both full and porch. This awning is superb quality and provides, to us, more room than a porch without the excessive room in a full awning and removing the need to change awnings for every change of caravan. It has been subjected to gale force winds in Scotland coming through without any problems, has been watertight and keeps its shape well so it always looks good. An excellent all year awning with plenty of space, comes complete with tie down straps pegs and caravan skirt.
We collected the awning on 1st December 2010 and took it away for three days during which their were snow showers temperatures down to -6C and strong winds. The awning behaved perfectly showing no signs of stress or leaking or condensation.

We are also new to caravanning and purchased this awning, unfortunately we had the same problem practically zero instructions, zero installation videos online and zero help from the manufacturer. For around £700 we were really very disappointed. (read more)

New to caravanning and purchased this awning as we were looking for quality that lasts. Very pleased with it but very disappointed that there were no assembly instructions. The poles are not even coloured coded which at least would have given us a clue. Luckily someone watched us struggle and gave us a hand, have to say we were very embarrassed! This awning was surprising large for a porch awning - not quite as big as a full size awning but plenty of space suitable for a two berth caravan... (read more)
