We ordered an upholstered versailles 7ft bed last year in July. We waited and waited and waited,,,, In December the bed was about to be delivered and they discovered it was the wrong size. We contacted Lulu and Georgina a lot and their contact was reasonable but not desperately keen to resolve the problem and they seemed to not always know what was happening. They did give us a small refund and then the supplier arranged for antemporary bed which has been fine but has still delayed the redecoration of our bedroom. We also bought a mattress which is comfy although some of the stitching was a bit shoddy. We were assured that we would have the bed we ordered in 8-10 weeks ie the middle of March at the latest. It is now nearly May and despite a few recent contacts with the girls we still dont have our bed. Does our bed exist, is this company a sham, We are genuinely concerned, We have had no contact from them since our last phone call about 10 days ago, why not? This is appalling. We paid several thousand pounds for something we still do not have and they do not seem all that bothered,
