If only I'd have seen these reviews before placing my order! I waited 2 months for my item to arrive despite it supposedly being dispatch twice! I was promised a refund on the postage, still waiting. The item still hadn’t turned up a week before the wedding, despite placing the order 3 months prior, I cancelled the order. This company will take your money, then not send your order or answer phone calls or e-mails, if you do manage to get through they say goods have been sent, well i'm still waiting 4 months on.... have requested refund by letter and still waiting. Order did not arrive. Supposed to be dispatched twice, but never turned up. Very convenient to blame mail service. Took the edge of my party, but mistakes happen and a refund was promised. No refund has been given. Promises to give me a date when it was paid back to me were not fulfilled. No contact despite me ringing and speaking with someone. Hi Charlotte,
Thank you for your email. I am very sorry that the parcel did not arrive in time. Unfortunately once the parcel has left us we are in the hands of Royal Mail. They do state that 1st Class should take 1-3 working days but to allow upto15. We will of course issue you with a full refund. This will take 2-6 days to reach the card that you paid from. When the socks arrive if you could let me know via email or phone and we will arrange a return.

I found the perfect save the dates on Aimee's boutique and placed an order with them on the 17th January. I had an email to say this had been dispatched on the 21 st January 1st class delivery so I was expecting it within three days. However by feb 1st it still had not arrived. I emailed to ask why to be told that it had probably got lost in the post and they would dispatch a new one. I ordered some mini sparklers for xmas and was sent an email saying that they had been posted.They charged me £3.95 for 1st class post so i thought that i would defiantly receive them in time as i placed my order on the 14th Dec 2012 but i am still waiting for them and it is now 15th January 2013!! I sympathise completely! I ordered wedding items that never arrived on time. I've actually had an email saying my order has been refunded, but it hasn't over a month since they said that! They are pretty much impossible to get hold of and then pretty much lie if you do manage to get hold of anyone! We're going to have to fight to get our money back through our credit card company! I just hope these reviews stop people ordering from them!

I too am in the same boat, I placed an order for favour boxes and having not received them I was told thhey would send them out again. Since then I have had nothing, I have sent three other emais with no reply. Also their phone no longer works, complete rip off.

Since writing this review I have received an email saying that my order status has been updated to 'refunded' - this was over a week ago now. I was obviously pleased by this as half of my order has still not arrived despite my wedding being two and a half weeks ago. I do find it a little concerning that nobody has actually called my from the company to apologise but I was just happy to know I would get my money back.
Unfortunately in true Aimee's Boutique I still haven't actually got my money back - I've tried to phone them on numerous occasions and either been on hold for far too long or been told the phone lines are closed. I have also emailed the company and had no response. I wonder how long this will actually take to resolve...

Having ordered a hair piece for the wedding, it still didn't arrive after almost 2 weeks so we contacted the company who said they would chase the courier and call me back. They didn't call me back and I had to keep chasing them. After sending an email they then agreed to send the item out again but again it didn't arrive. I am extremely sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the item that you purchased from us. Unfortunately D for Diamond stopped producing the musical boxes in June. Our descriptions have been current and up to date since June for all Twinkle Twinkle items. I am very sorry if you had thought that it came with a musical box. If you are not satisfied with the item then you can certainly return the product to us within 30 days of you receiving it for a full refund.

They have not answered my last four emails and as i am currently abroad i asked my daughter to contact them by telephone to sort the matter out. They gave her a complete run-around on the phone. Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
The order was placed with us on 16 February 2012 at 11:23:30. We shipped this order on 20 March 2012 at 4.18; due to the order containing personalised goods which at the time had a lead time of 28 days. We received an email on 13th July 2012 stating that no one had been at the delivery address when delivery was attempted and no contact had been made with the delivery service to either have it re-delivered to the shipping address or to collect the parcel from the delivery service direct. Due to this it was being automatically sent back to us by the delivery service. A full refund was requested. As the parcel was on its way back to us, a full refund was agreed when the goods were received back to us. We were not obliged to issue the refund as it had been 30 days since we shipped this order, however, as long as the goods were going to be back with us we saw no problem in doing so. The parcel arrived back to us on 8th August 2012 and the full refund issued immediately. We are now in receipt of the goods and the refund has been made and is complete.

I'm sorry that you feel you've had a bad experience with Aimee's Boutique but we feel that there may have been some confusion over our delivery policy.
This order was placed with courier option but failed to recognise our delivery terms and conditions state the following:
'Courier Delivery: Our charges are £6.25. Delivery is Next Day in most cases and 1-2 days in some regions after your order has been dispatched.
In some circumstances where Next Day delivery is required please contact us for a delivery quote.
Delivery is normally within 7 working days and we make every effort to deliver goods as soon as possible dependant on stock levels. Please allow 3-7 working days for your order to be processed.'
A member of our staff explained this on the telephone that this is the case and that the customer would receive an email with a tracking number once shipped.
Before shipping occured this review was posted and at such time the order was immediately refunded and the customer was made aware of this as it would clearly appear that the order is no longer required.
Please accept our sincere apologies if our delivery policy was misunderstood or we did not make this clear enough.
