Great deal on my Asus N56 VZ, best price by far and amazing quick delivery. The best thing is that Simply Asus upgraded me for free from the Asus N56 VM 750gb and Nvidia 630 graphics, to the N56 VZ 1000gb and 650 graphics. The only downside is that the keyboard is not backlit (which I would have liked), but to be fair to Simply Asus they did not advertise it as a backlit keyboard. Highly recommended. (read more)

I agree with all the other negative reviews about customer service from this company. Avoid Simply Asus. Laptop delivered promptly by their couriers perfectly packaged. Unfortunately the laptop was displaying some very peculiar behaviour within the first 24 hours - clearly faulty. To return an item to this company, they force you to agree to some online terms and conditions - they will not entertain any returns unless you agree to these. Order delivered next day. Prices are difficult to beat for hi-spec machines (ASUS N56VM). But pre-sales is terrible: it looks like the staff is not here to help for product selection or to provide any further information which may or may not be already available online (which is difficult to access when you don't have a computer and want to buy one...). Also beware of exact specifications of items sold: they sometime differ from specs as advertised by ASUS (e.g. backlit keyboard). (read more)

I ordered a U32VJ laptop from simply asus, I am very happy with laptop I received but the packaging was very badly bashed, I spoke to one of the helpful staff who recommended trying the laptop first, and if there was a problem they would be happy for me to return it. There was also a problem with delivery cost and delivery date as I live in the Highlands, this problem is common with most companies where I live but the issue was quickly rectified by the staff with no extra cost to me. The customer service team is excellent with efficient response. The only issue I have is with the quality of product which could be better. The first one I received was inbalance with one leg not touching the table. This should not have left Asus factory, hence it is not Simplyasus fault though they may want to carry out audit.
