I called to get some information on a Disney cruise. My agent, C, seemed very uninterested in my questions and concerns. I tried to engage with her and nothing. I asked questions and very short answers. No additional information that I had not already found on the Disney website. I needed information about trip insurance because my son is in the military. Her comment was Oh well.... I know everyone has a bad day, but don't answer the phone. This was for 3 rooms on the concierge floor. I will go with another agency.
