Ordered on 21st November. Not received by 5th December. Emailed the firm and got a prompt response but not too helpful. They had according to them sent the item out on 21st. It wasn't tracked and it went missing! Got full refund but it was the doll that we wanted for Xmas for our granddaughter. Apparently they didn't have any in stock to send us. We never received a reply to our email to them re the item. That is a disappointing aspect of their business model
