I ordered an item on 15nth January and received on 17th and very happy.The item was ordered via Amazon, not sure if this makes a difference! I am happy with service and would do business again with the company. They had quoted 18th-22nd so as I say very happy. (read more)

Do not use this company!!! They do not ship items!!! They do not respond to emails!!! I am still waiting for my items that I ordered on the 16/11/12. They took payment immediately yet I've never received anything. This company has other bad reviews on the Internet!!! If only I had read them before I tried to use them. I thought I should leave a review as after ordering something from Otherland Toys before reading any reviews I received a different product to the one described. I preceded to then Google the website and got a little worried by the bad reviews. I also found it very hard to contact the company. I had been doing a shopping search as I wanted to buy one of the Happy Hopperz for my child. I then came across Otherlandtoys.co.uk as they were a few pounds cheaper than some of the other online stores. I thought 'great', so I proceeded and bought the item. 3-4 days later, the item was delivered in the post and both myself and my son were excited and opened the package straight away. I order items on 10 Aug, was told delivery to be between 16-20. Fair enough. The 20 Aug arrives no item. I contact them, to be told speak to royal mail. i ask for proof of delivery, no reply, as for them to call me, god knows how many times, no call. They then send an updated shipping report the 22nd to say its been shipped, no good when they know its a birthday present, which is not late!! the number provided, funny enough does not exist also!!! “Not happy with this retailer - wanted an item to be...”

Not happy with this retailer - wanted an item to be delivered today - knew I would not be at home in morning, but would be after noon. Emailed them to find out if authority to leave item would be enough. Subsquently found answer on their website that it would be ok. Otherland responded to my email which contradicted website saying I had to be in. In the interim I had ordered item for birthday present needed today. Did you receive your order eventually. I ask, as i have placed an order with this company 2 weeks ago and heard nothing, ive tried calling and emailing them and they do not answer the phone and the emails are returned saying this does not exist or errors.

Easy to navigate, can get bargain items, easily find anything you're looking for.

Setting up your Otherland account is very easy, it's all a matter of putting in your address, phone number and card details.

Otherland stocks tons of items that have cheap postage too so you save even more money!

Everything I've ever ordered has arrived in good condition and within the allotted time, I only have good things to say about this website. (read more)
