Titan Telecom must be the worst service I have ever been with. Incredibly slow connection, incredibly incompetent staff and a completely unreliable service. I must say slow WiFi isn’t really too much of a bother, I don’t really mind the slow buffer times etc but it gets to a point where we’ve been through times of up to TWO WEEKS WITH NO WIFI, I mean this is ridiculous. Utterly hurrendous service, would strongly not recommend, would reccomend a much more reliable and faster service such as BT or Virgin Media

“BEWARE TITAN IS NOW USING THE NAME CLEAR BUSINESS”

Started badly, pretended to be from BT, promised there would be no termination penalty due to competition laws encouraging switching. Once BT told me I owed them serious money due to early termination I tried to cancel the Titan contract - misselling, but unable to reach a customer service rep.in time. Once you agree to their badgering sales they arrange the transfer very swiftly it seems to me. Reason for considering the switch - cheaper bills. Reality bills more expensive. Service limited to 9-5 mon-fri (if you can get hold of anyone). No good for a business service. Final insult, when I closed my business they demanded the rest of the 2 year contract as a termination fee. NO UTILITY IN THE UK EXPECTS YOU TO PAY ONCE YOU'VE CLOSED DOWN.

No never get any deals from this company, no good service is way under zero, they will increase bills every month for nothing you stuck with them for 3 year at least to cancel will take you 6 months(like my case) they ruthless and unprofessional no no no never do that mistake

Agreed.

Don't go anywhere near Titan Telecom. They have an extremely bad reputation. See what people say about them all over the internet.

I have contacted them repeatedly to stop their daily sales phone calls but they refuse to do so.

Their tele-sales people have rang me about 200 times in the last year. They never stop! I have never come more aggressive cold-callers in my entire life.

I sublet my business to a third party who switched telephone provider to Titan telecom.The third party went, bust leaving considerable debt-some to Titan. In trying to recover their losses,Titan have sent threatening letters to me and called me,aggressively insisting that I have a contract with them and am liable.Neither of these things are true. They have even played voice recordings from 2 years ago, when an agent of theirs tried to sell me a mobile contract, as "evidence" of my link with them. Underhand,dishonest and menacing.Very unprofessional Titan!

Do not go with this company, customer service is shocking and since I agreed to change my telephone lines to them I have lost a lot of business and they have changed company names several times They used to be known as Universal utilities T/A Unicom.

“Avoid at all costs”

Our lease is ending in a years time (dec 2017) so we're not sure if the the business will be open next year. In that uncertainty, Titan have renewed our phone line contract for 24 months without giving us a 12 month option as stipulated by OFCOM regulations, thus requiring us to pay £200 early termination fee which I refuse to pay. Every time I call their customer service department they can't access the relevant information and I get bounced back from department to department. I have spoken to three different customer service agents in as many days each one keeps telling me I need to speak to a different department with regards to my query and that they cannot access the relevant information.

“2 faults within a month”

I am a business customer and I've almost lost hundreds of pounds because of Titan. They left me with out any broadband connection and no phone connection too, which resulted our company not taking any card payments. The customer service was absolutely appalling. They were very unfriendly and very unprofessional. Titan are professional robbers, they will try to drain every penny out of you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

“Pleasant staff but thats it.”

I have made countless calls since the inception of my contract. Complainging and raising issues around connection issues on mobiles and broadband. Despite these calls nothing seems to stay better. As a result I moved my mobile contracts. Even with paying a penalty its worth it. Broadband is slow and forever buffering, 0.7mbs!!.You can only blame it on my equipment for so long. Also apparently the distance form exchange is at fault. My neihbhours around my business get better reception. In last 2 days I lefrt 2 call back request and no reply as yet. 1508hrs. Whos netwrok are they on. I would make a determination on that. Cheap is not always good service. Im moving asap.

titan telecom That are robers please do not get this services,i bin use titan over a year after line start cut off maybe 20 times complain about it finaly there send to me 2 enginer for sort it out but when i spoken with titan there told me if is the problem in side the shop then i have to paid if is not free of charge ges what happen enginer they didint sort out problem and i paid 130 pound AND THERE TRY SEND ONETHER ENGINER WHICH I HAVE TO PAY SECOND TIME TEHY THINK PEOPLE STUPID if i have broken contract i have tO pay 400 pound what a lovely company THAT ARE ROBERS

“Don't join ”

The worest company you can join. They even tried to bill me four months bill when I left the company and they are still trying to charging me to this date 147.00 a month. What planet is this company from and they still phone me for a new contract. They try to sign you on to a new contract and then start to charge you out of contract charges. My bill started from £39 a month to £150 a month when I signed a fixed contract for three years. They screw you untill your contract ends.

“Left shockingly bad sister company to join a worse titan”

I was with Unicom who are titans sister company and they were a shockingly bad rip off!!!!!! after months and months of stress finally my contract ended YAY....) 3 seconds later there on the phone hi sir, love you sir, your great sir, can we give you the best prices in the world sir ?. me I said really....? So after lots of messing around they offered last two months bills to be refunded and to join there sister company Titan Telecom for a vastly reduced amount, like a complete #### I eventually went for it thinking how good this could be :) Joined Titan Internet slow :/ No refund and im 2 months in :/ First months bill £105.00 Second months bill £223.81 Truly gutted spent days of my life trying to deal with these idiots now cancelling getting a inclusive mobile deal. DONT USE GUYS YOU WILL REGRET IT I SWEAR>

Never paid the cancellation fees to BT for terminating the contact and ended up paying this bill myself. Customer service is terrible and not trained with the right information. Had been without service and take too long to solve it. You get charged for line rental plus call on top of this. They say that you would only pay £13 but the bills comes for over 75....

Do not join Titan. They are an absolute joke. When you are joining the staff are great but once you phone to terminate a contract the staff are so rude and intimidating. I would recommend no one to join them I only wish I read the reviews at the beginning warning me to keep away. Anyone even contemplating to join this money grabbing joke of a company please think again. They don't even deserve one star.

“The new Fraud Defender charges have been added to...”

The new Fraud Defender charges have been added to bills without consent and the service is misleading. Stating that your business phone line could be hacked costing you thousands of pounds, it fails to make clear that hacks have been against unsecure PBX systems. Most small businesses don't have these, just a normal phone line. Trying to cancel this service you get a full on script of fear provoking language which still fails to ask if you have a PBX system. Having searched the internet it's easy to find clear evidence of PBX system warnings but non for a PSTN line. I'll be cancelling as soon as we can and moving to a more reputable provider.

“service on contract of a business”

Not only did they take my father in law for a fool on selling him a FREE MOBILE PHONE that wasn't. They have now cut off his landline, which is his business line for his pub. He cant use his card machine as this only works with a line. He has lost a lot of business since this company DOESNT open over the weekend. I reported the line down on Friday morning and they were suppose to get back to us which they never did. This company is the worst company I have come across.

I'm leaving my business and I've only been in contract for about 5 months. Can I leave Titan with no problems or any penalties if my business is not working out and have to leave the premises?

Hey, I think you'll need to pay a fine of £300 because the contract is longer but you're deciding to leave earlier so they'll charge you for leaving early unfortunately. They are literally the worst people to actually sign up with. Sorry. Yo can contact them and tell them this unless they have changed. It's also difficult fighting with them because they tend to get what they want. But literally contact them and see if they have changed the amount they charge. If you've got like one telephone line then they charge £150 for terminating early. Each connection termination they charge £150. We had to pay £300 because for our business we had two lines. Hope this helps, but do contact them.

try over £850 for leaving thats how much they are trying to charge us even though we have a chartered accountant letter that says we have no other business to take service to ,they have also been informed the person they keep harrasing for money is being treated for cance they still persist ,apparently its my parners priority to get a slocortors letter and a doctors letter ,she now has to proof she has cance ,disgusting company
