As trading a business, decided in signing up to Titan Telecom for calls, as sounded and looked promising as they only specialise in small to medium sized businesses. I also have Calls with Titan for my home landline as do business work from home..and more recently have added the Broadband product from Titan to account as not ideal but as its cheaper. “bad customer service”

This company is not good for business use. They are closed on weekends and no help or customer support is available in times of a problem. “Damage Caused to West Riding LRR due to mistakes.”

Call Back generally doesn't happen till the following day even when lack of service results in serious problems. If you decide to wait for technicians to help in the call queue you can be waiting for up to an hour. We asked for just a number change and no other change in service. Cold called. We have expressed zero interest in your business. Your agent was politely advised we have recently signed a new agreement with another provider. Having been told this he was clearly not going to get anywhere by continuing. When advised politely to remove us from your list as we were registered with the TPS your representative gave us a rant about how many other businesses used cold calling as a technique. “HOW TO BUST YOUR BUSINESS - use Titan Telecom”

I have been using this worst company for my small business. I ordered a broadband which was urgently required to run Point of Sale system which charges us £20 per week. I requested them to process the order ASAP so I can start using my EPOS system. THE ADVICE FROM OFCOM IS AS FOLLOWS
Ofcom suggests that all consumers/businesses that have experienced problems with their communications provider call our contact centre and make a formal record of their complaint. Our contact centre advisors can also provide specific advice on the appropriate next steps. We are open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm.

“Harrassment after signing up”

After a very careful look at what we where being offered, we went with Titan since then the our company has been pestered by there call centre most days, I have asked for a note to put on our account do not call they ignore it because they think that offering us a deal does not count. The company that promised so much is getting to be a liability and paying to get out of the contract will be money well spent. They came to my retail premises and promised to be the cheapest on the market. And what a fool I was to fall for that old trick. Yes they were cheap, but don't tell you how cheap their service is. I honestly sit and pull my hair out waiting for the internet to load. They have made running my business an absolute nightmare. i understand the problem only too well. I was fooled also and had the same slow internet. The problem with the internet is they use the Talktalk platform which is the most over-subscribed network on the planet and regularly exceeds it's advertised contention ratio of 50:1. I am currently in the process of preparing a law suit citing "failure to provide the service described" as I have had all manner of issues with them. was dubious after reading the reviews on Titan, but with their 30 day guarantee i gave them a try, and the service and prices are everything that were promised and more, helpful customer services with calls answered in minutes, my bills dropped 40% compared to BT and i got fantastic international call rates to call my family who live in America. If you have received a blue N1CPC Court Claim Form check the following. Does it have an Issue date? Does it have an official Court stamp? Does it have a Claim Number? If these details are missing and it has DRAFT printed across the middle then it is a bogus Court Summons and is a tactic that Titan Telecom and sister company Unicom Telecom (Universal Utilities) regularly apply to add pressure on to the person concerned for payment of termination fees. Titan and Unicom have Never to our knowledge progressed any of their threats and taken anyone to couer - ever.

How did it go in court?, we are in dispute with them over being miss-sold a mobile contract, we refused to pay the charges for it as it is still in its box and unopened courier bag....because I paid for our broadband and landline but deducted the 42 pound charges they cut off our broadband and restricted our phone line without any warning.... as a small business this had a massive impact on us for a day and a half.....we are fuming with them

been with the company several weeks only : ysterday telephone line down needed for delivery rang today as titan use 9am-6pm hours .sStill unable to fix line beleive major fault they suggested call divert which they also could not do.This is has caused major major problems for my business takings are down++ Spoke to Titan who estimate Friday connection at the earliest .Would never ever suggest Titan to any business its a recipe for disaster… Read Full Review
