I placed a major order with Anderson and Bradshaw 12 years ago I was very impressed with the service, the friendly communication and modt importantly the quality (I have a great selectoon of their products and they have aged flawlessly over the past 12 years). Now 12 years down the line, with another major order I once again have been left very satisfied with the quality, communication and the service. It goes to show that Anderson and Bradshaw is a reliable, trustworthy and high quality company with customer satisfaction on the forefront. I highly recommend their products to anyone in search of high end antique furniture, provided by a company with brilliant communication and service.

I had placed an order for bedside cabinets in June 2013. I was told my cabinets would be ready by August. However its November already and I am told that my cabinets will not be ready even for the container that is due to arrive end of December. That's more than 6 months and still no news on my cabinets! Also the staff did not bother to inform me when they first got confirmation that my cabinets had not been shipped in the previous September container. Only after repeated follow-up did they tell me finally that these wont be ready even in Decemeber! Clearly for whatever reason my order has been deprioritised and they are now offering me a refund of my deposit. But what about all the time I lost waiting for my cabinets? Also I will now need to go to another store and wait for another 6-8 weeks for my bedside cabinets. The service has been awful to say the least and I am outraged at how the staff did not bother to inform me themselves about this massive delay. I was also not given any convincing reason for the delay. Was just told that my cabinets would not be ready even for the December container.

I bought the French Sleigh bed just over a year ago from Anderson Bradshaw. It arrived on time and was assembled by us in twenty minutes, easily. Once done, the whole family cooed over what a beautiful bed it is. Wwe couldn't believe one could buy such a gorgeous mahogany bed for so little. it is beautifully made, looks luxurious, substantial, expensive and is so lovely to sleep in. After all this time, I still enjoy and feel warm pleasure getting into this lovely bed. Because is has higher side rails than usual, compared to a non sleigh bed, it means that if blankets or sheets become untucked one doesn't have to lift a heavy mattress to tuck them back in, merely tuck them into the side rails, or whatever they're called. This bed feels very cosseting, one feels swaddled and cuddled by it, yet it isn't restrictive at all. The company dealt with our queries with friendly helpfulness and advised us on the colour finish to choose to suit our wishes and we were extremely impressed by the customer service and delivery, the bed itself and the amazingly cheap price. All the looks and quality of a fine antique bed, for a fraction of the cost of most dull, plain, boring high street beds. So were now buying another bed from Anderson Bradshaw and don't see the point of buying a bed from anywhere else. Highly recommended.

really pleased with the bedside cabinet and extra large blanket box. High quality and very good value. We walked out feeling we had got a bargain. the mid mahagonay looks really impressive at home.
We went to the warehouse to have a look around before buying. the staff were very helpful and friendly.
We will definitley return & buy from them again(the Sleigh beds were very tempting)
