Always wonderfully packaged, and quality of plants is good. Also arrive on time. However, I think your products are extortionately priced. I ordered my mum the mint tea package, the plant was tiny (in the smallest terracotta pot you can imagine), there were 2 small glasses in the pack and the Green tea was the kind of box you can get from my local Chinese supermarket for about a £. Have ordered gifts on 3 occasions to date...good website with accurate description of gifts. Love the packaging. Great response by receivers of gifts. Only gave 4 stars as last order let down by courier - not clear why as previously courier delivered as expected. Due to delay plants a little weary, however fed this back with immediate response from company with instructions re further care of plants and offers to replace if don't improve...plants did, so clearly just the delay in delivery... “Lack of communication”

Whilst the fig tree was a little on the small side, I was more dissapointed that the pot arrived broken in several pieces. I sent two emails and left three voicemails over three weeks before eventually speaking to someone who kindly arranged a replacement pot to be sent. I'm hoping this will arrive intact. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback for us we are obviously incredibly sorry that your experience with us was not more positive as we would expect.
Firstly the Medlar Crate which The Telegraph featured was incredibly popular which is why it was out of stock and with all editorial features we were only aware of its planned appearance from the journalist a week in advance which is why we were unable to secure more stock.
With regards to the delivery of your gift there was clearly an error with our courier, if you can email me with your order number or delivery postcode (sally@glut.co.uk) then we can look in to this for you.
I am pleased to see that replacements were sent out for you on our return in the new year. The Medlar Jelly and Quince Jelly that we use are of an extremely high quality made by small artisan producers based in Sussex and Norfolk so I can assure you that they are hand-picked by ourselves for this reason, they are not a hard set jelly like many jams.
I do hope however the that the three other of our gifts that you sent we well received. Our packaging is very much part of our presentation as much as it is to keep the gift safe and secure in transit but our plants and edibles are all of a high quality and the trees will be around and I'm sure enjoyed for many years to come. We will always do all we can to rectify any situation when something goes wrong and we would welcome you to contact us with your order number so I can look into this in further detail.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review we are incredibly sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your Medlar Gift Set that you ordered from us, obviously this is not the reaction that we would hope you would feel. The medlar is dormant at this time of year and so is delivered without leaves as Mother Nature intends. However come spring it will burst back into life and puts on lots of new growth. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback we are sorry if our instructions were not as clear as they should have been, we simply suggest that Greenhouse growing will encourage better crops and apologise if this led to some confusion. We will be looking over this particular set of care instructions to ensure that it is clear that it is beneficial but not essential for the plant to be grown in a greenhouse. We are however delighted that you Mum was in the end happy and can look forward to growing her tree in the garden.
